Het ontbijt was aan het einde van de ochtend vaak al op, fruit was snel op. Maar prima ontbijt als je vroeg aanwezig bent.

Le personnel de l'établissement était vraiment très sympa et disponible. Il ne fait pas hésitez à leur poser des questions, ils prêtent même des serviettes pour la plage! Le petit déjeuner est varié (salé et sucré) vraiment tout était top !

El concepto del hotel es interesante, tiene área de roof garden, la alberca es mediana, pero profunda, los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado o puedes abrir el ventanal y usar ventilador. El desayuno es bueno y suficiente, aunque con pocas opciones. El personal amable, si preguntas, te ofrecen información extra de servicios y tours de otros proveedores. El frigobar contenía productos útiles y a precios razonables.
Los acabados en las habitaciones son rústicos, lo que hace que percibas un tanto desequilibrado la relación calidad-precio.
El estacionamiento estába fuera del hotel, cercano (en la acera de enfrente) y es común con otros hoteles de la zona.

Hotel accogliente e pulito, immerso in un bel giardino con piscina, molto vicino alla laguna ed anche al centro di Bacalar. Camera confortevole dotata di grande e comodo letto king size, frigobar, cassaforte, deumidificatore, zanzariere ed ampio balcone con amaca. Alla reception è disponibile un boccione di acqua dal quale potersi rifornire. Buona la colazione inclusa nel prezzo.
Lo specchio deI bagno non è illuminato il che rende difficile radersi o mettersi le lenti a contatto. I comodini non sono provvisti di alcuna luce.

This lovely small hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms and facilities were very good. The breakfast was better than most other ‘breakfast included’ hotels we have stayed at.
Beds were comfortable and shower was great with lots of hot water at any time.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working in our friends room and they had to be moved to a smaller room with one bed.

They made sure we could go into the room as fast as possible, even though we were very early. The room was comfortable and clean.
The curtains are not wide enough. The room is on the ground floor and people can just look into the room even with the curtains closed. The walls are very thin and it's possible to hear adjacent rooms, even sing along with their songs on the radio.

The location is very convenient right near the lagoon, the center, bars and restaurants. The premises are quiet and peaceful. We loved chilling near the pool in the late evening.

Beautiful gardens, comfortable beds and great breakfast options. Plenty of great restaurant options nearby and really lovely, accommodating staff. The second pool on the rooftop was a nice surprise!

We had a very nice room with a balcony on two sides. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has an outside bar where you can order a cold beer and enjoy it next to the pool. The location is also great, just far enough away from the main square so it is nice and quiet but still well within walking distance to both the lake as well as the main square.

Love the grounds and the ambiance. The people were great. It was located near the main plaza and the lagoon. Great please, will be back.
