The host was waiting for us when we arrived, very accomodating. The pool was great :) The appartment was clean, plenty of space, and suited our needs

We knew the place didnt have air con when we booked it and did have fans Given the heat in high summer, I'd find it hard to book anywhere again in PDL that didnt have air con. There was a calima heat event happeneing at the time that didnt help.

The accommodation was perfect for us. Was close to everything, supermarkets, tourist shops and restaurants. The apartment has a deck parking space, which we love.

Perfect clean apartment close to the beach with parking access to swimming pool. Very good equipment apartments with balcony kitchen washing machine refrigerator. Very friendly owner help with everything allow to stay after check out time and in apartment I get everything I need more than expected. Recommended for everyone

Alberto was a welcoming host and explained all the facilities to us. Apartment is a good size and includes a washing machine which was very handy. Good views over the pool from the balcony.

Pool shut earlier than advertised meaning we missed out on swimming, which was disappointing as swimming is important to us

Everything else was perfect except the location. Especially host was extremely friendly and helpful even we didnt share same language :)

Location was a slighthly off from "activities" if you are travelling with children. Without children location is perfect.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a great location, close to the sea & the centre of Playa del Ingles. Apartment has balcony overlooking the fantastic pool in the complex & the place was immaculate. Alberto & his wife greeted us on arrival to gain access to the off-road parking & show us all the facilities & advise on things to do. Lovely people, super friendly & helpful, with prompt responses to any messages. All in all the perfect accommodation for a short or long stay in this resort👍

The apartment is very well equipped with toasted sandwich maker & a kettle for the hob, but would probably benefit from an electric kettle & toaster, but that’s just my personal preference. Other than this, nothing negative to report.
