Perfect beach house for summer holidays, clean, full equipped kitchen with all needed ingredients, small but nice bathroom, excellent yard, perfect sea view, so close to the beach, sun beds and umbrellas for the beach

everything was great

- very close to the beach - lovely balcony looking out to the sea and garden area - additional toilet outside - air conditioners are available in both bedrooms - well equipped kitchen - modern looking home

- no washing machine - shower room is quite small - there’s a roof area that you can climb up with stairs outside the second bedroom and look down to the bedroom, it’s not very practical and that also means the bedroom doesn’t have closed walls and therefore can hear all the noise from toilet/stairs/living room and kitchen.

The property is really close to the beach (50m) and that is a big bonus when traveling with a child. The terrace was nice and the neighbourhood is quiet (in some evenings there were a few old ladies that song some greek songs - it was pretty nice and we really enjoyed it) The kitchen was well equiped and the property was super clean. It also had a nesspresso machine and the owner made sure we also had coffee :) The 2 bedrooms have decent sizes. Everything in the house seems of good quality and new and it seems the owner really thought of making the stay enjoyable by providing everything you might need like mosquito candles, coffee, olive oil, stocked kitchen with basic ingredients.

The living area downstairs is fancy but unpractical. The sofa and chairs are not comfortable at all, we only used them for decor. The bathroom is beautiful but really small. In fact the entire house is and seems cramped. One annoying thing is the trash disposal, there is nowhere near where you can throw away the trash, you have to carry it by car to the nearest dumpster.

The house is equiped with everything you need for good relax. It is only 5 minutes away from cafes and restaurants.

It would have been nice if there were sun beds and umbrella available but there are many bars nearby with free facilities.

Nice, new, good design, provides everything one would expect. Very nice people on arrival.

Super location

One neighbor was terrible, listening folk music loud all the time and using the washing machine all the night, but out of this everything was perfect, the people were kind, all the other neighbors were friendly and supportive, except this only one
