Alloggio dall'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, comodità del self check in, con istruzioni molto chiare, stanza ampia ben riscaldata e discreta colazione in stanza

Confermate tutte le recensioni positive.Ottima la comunicazione e le indicazioni date dal proprietario.Molto gradevole la camera,pulita e profumata,così come il bagno dotato anche di finestra.Per noi che dovevamo recarci in ospedale,è stato molto importante alloggiare in una struttura che sapesse di casa e venire accolti con affabilità e gentilezza. Abbiamo molto apprezzato,per ragioni di salute, la presenza in camera di un forno a microonde che ci ha permesso di poter consumare la cena in loco,evitando di frequentare locali magari affollati.Lo stesso si dica per la colazione molto varia che abbiamo trovato ,completa di macchina per il caffè ,allestita in camera. Gradevole piccolo spazio esterno con tavolino ad uso esclusivo della camera,anche se la stagione ne ha ovviamente limitato l'utilizzo,così come la vista dello scorrere del vicino naviglio.Molto comodo poter parcheggiare davanti all'ingresso. La strada scorre effettivamente molto vicino,ma non ha disturbato,visto che in questa stagione le finestre sono chiuse.Grazie
Non si tratta di una critica,ma visto che è presente un frigo, magari si potrebbe completare la colazione con frutta e yogurt. Molto decorative le biscottiere con corn flakes e biscotti sfusi, ma penso che sarebbe più opportuno lasciarne in confezioni monoporzione, così come invece è stato fatto per tutto il resto della colazione.

I simply could not get in. I was going to be there late at night anyway. I called about half an hour in advance to say that I was on my way. Unfortunately my cell was dying and could not be re-charged in the car. However, once one gets to the premises, there is nobody there, everything is locked, there is a buzzer but big signs in Italian warn not to use it. I was able to make one more quick call when I was in front of the gate and said that I was there, then my cell died. I waited and waited but nobody opened the door and nobody showed up. The only thing I could do was to leave. This structure is not set up for the hospitality business.

The room was great. All of the amenities were present. The room was clean and tidy for me when I arrived.
The only issue is that it can be hard to get to. You need to cross a busy roundabout to reach it. A bit far away from the nearest tram station.

Simple, but overall comfortable b&B. The room was simply furnished but with all essentials. Room and bathroom large and very clean. The location is a bit far from the center of Milan but close to highway, so ideal for me as I was driving. In a free evening I also enjoyed a tram trip to the center (approx 1 hour) as the headline is walking distance. Good value for money.
Breakfast is very simple, and it can be improved, however coffee was good as well as juice.

it was very clean, breakfast was to simply and the temperature was to high. drinks where on the table and so not cool. Coffee was super!

The room is quite spacious, amenities in the room are good as well. Good value for money.
The most obvious is location as it is in the outskirts. However there is a tram line well connected by a 6-8min walk.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful.
Only minor negative was the property is close to a busy road with a bridge and during rush hour traffic the noise of traffic crossing the bridge could be herd. After peak hours the noise was very minimal.

To enter the location, you need to call a phone number so someoene comes to the door. Breakfast is basic but all you need.
