Beautiful, stylish chalet. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean/new. Nice patio area. Great location for visiting lakes.

Booking.com should be using Villa Dobra as a benchmark for mark of 10. It looks perfect on the pictures but the reality is even better. Everything was perfect: spacious, clean and completely equipped house, high quality materials and equipment, comfortable beds, helpfull and communicative host (thanks Nada for your help and the fruits and... please remember to feed the cute cats family living behind your villa ;-)), great location (10-15 minutes walk from the Entrance 2), grocery just few steps from the house. I think it's hard to find something better if your goal is to sightsee Plitvicke Jezera. Few weeks before our arrival to Croatia we have changed our reservation from similarly priced 20m2 apartment to 120m2 Villa Dobra - no comments :-). Only thing we regret is that we stayed in Villa Dobra only for 3 nights - we simply had no time and possibility to fully use all of its advantages (like sunbeds and barbecue on the private terrace)

Beautiful and very well equipped new villa with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Living Room opens onto outdoor sunny terrace... Easy 15-min walk along well-marked path through woods to Entrance 2 of Plitvitsa Park - no need to drive and pay for parking. Supermarket 1-min away ... The host Nada was very helpful.

Villa Dobra is a new house very tastefully decorated; exceptionally clean. It is very comfortable (especially the beds) and very pleasant. The kitchen is very well equipped (plus you get salt and pepper, oil, sugar, dishwasher tablets). The host is very helpful (we got to check-in at 10am which is a first for me!). We stayed for four nights and could have stayed longer. The national park is a 10 minutes walk through the forest (the path is very easy to find). You have a food shop 5 minutes walk away and the bus stop (from Zadar) is also 5 minutes walk away. We would love to come back.

Security beeping all night when you placed something by accident on the cooking plate in the kitchen. Difficult to find where the beeping came from.

A beautiful house, located well, very clean plenty of space. The owners were very kind.

The house was great , very clean, good location . Sadly the shower didn’t work properly! Just a few drops of water which was cold. After walking around the lakes all day. A nice shower would have been good! Because of this I wouldn’t return.Kind , friendly owners.

Very nice architecture, great hospitality, fruits and beverages were there prepared for us, great location, walking distance to entrance nr.2, so no need to drive the car and pay the parking… Absolutely recommend.

The location was very convenient to both entrances to the Plitvice National Park, about 3 km by car. The house itself was charming and brand new, super clean and comfortable. Our hostess Nada was on hand to help us with whatever we needed. I recommend Villa Dobra to anyone visiting Plitvice

Internet was spotty, no fault of the property, rather the entire region goes down from time to time.

Super clean and cosy with excellent facilties and comfortable beds. The host is very kind, we appreciated the fruit bowl left for us. The location (village of Mukinja) is very useful for people who want to access entry number 2 of the plitvice national park which is only a pleasant, forested 10-15 minute from the property. Highly recommend this place as a launching pad to see the stunning plitvice area. Perfect for families with 1-2 kids.

We were a family group of 4 adults and all thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Dobra. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. A bowl of fruit and sweets were waiting for us and the host gave us some milk as the shops were shut (on a Sunday) when we arrived. We were then able to use the small supermarket for provisions for the rest of our stay, which is in walking distance. The property is ideal for Plitvice National Park. If arriving by coach (as we did), then ask to be dropped of at the Mukinje stop, which is about 100m from the property. Entrance 2 to Plitvice National park is a short walk away. We had 2 full days in the park, which allowed us to see the upper and lower sections, so spent 3 nights at Villa Dobra.

The choice of places to eat out is very limited. We went twice to the cafe/restaurant a few yards down the road. Whilst this was extremely convenient, it was quite busy and we had to queue for a table one night. I ended up with my 3rd choice of meal as they had run out of others. Fine if you like pizza, but limited choice otherwise. The only other restaurant was back at one of the hotels in the park. So you might want to assume that cooking in is the easier option. We did get a bit too warm in bed - so ensure you turn the heating off if not needed. We visited in October, so it was nice to have some warmth to come back to, but we turned it off some time before going to bed.
