Situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique dans la prestigieuse plage de Belleair, ce condo pratique et totalement mis à jour offre le meilleur de la vie en Floride! Sortez des portes coulissantes en verre de la magnifique plage de sable blanc et profitez d'une promenade apaisante sur la plage, d'un plongeon dans le golfe ou d'une baignade dans la piscine chauffée à proximité du golfe. Ce condo spacieux est joliment décoré et très bien entretenu, tout comme le complexe avec son extérieur attrayant et son aménagement paysager luxuriant. Situé au milieu de pelouses luxuriantes, de raisins de mer et de palmiers tropicaux, Aldea est magnifique sur fond turquoise du golfe. Les lis africains et les allées sinueuses constituent un décor de carte postale dans ce paysage serein au bord de la mer. Parfait pour une merveilleuse escapade! (Ne convient pas pour les enfants)

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Condo was just as pictured. Clean and roomy. Was stocked with basic essentials and beach chairs/floats. Only thing I would change was the blinds in front room wouldn’t close, and the dryer works, but spent a long time night before leaving figuring out you could

I have been coming to this area for over 10 years and this place was awesome. Literally steps from the pool and beach. Clean, inviting, comfortable. Had everything we needed for our time there. Jennifer was prompt and always there throughout the entire process. Great communication. Best vacation hands down. This place has everything needed for a wonderful week of making memories. Hands down recommend and we will be back. Very thankful to have been able to share this little slice of heaven. Thank you Jennifer for being an awesome host.

Everything was satisfactory with 2 exceptions. The wood bed frame sticks out very far at the foot of the bed. I stubbed my toes 3 times and my wife twice...very painful. I would bet anything we aren't the first. Probably won't return unless the problem is fixed. For the price, have half decent outdoor furniture. It's rusty and disgusting. Take some of the profits and buy a new one.

You can’t beat the location. Just steps to the pool & beach. The unit was just right & comfortable. The hostess, Jennifer, was awesome, so accommodating & was there if we needed anything. She even brought us a blender. I highly recommend this place & Jennifer !!

Location was great, pool was very nice, beds could have been more comfortable. Place was clean Jennifer owner was very easy to deal with , responded quickly on all communications. Suggestion create more comfortable patio area.Overall was satisfied.

The location of this property was perfect! A few short steps out the patio door puts you on the beach or poolside. The location was close enough to Clearwater Beach to be there in a few minutes but removed enough to enjoy a quiet getaway. It was also very convenient to the restaurants and bars in Indian Rocks Beach, which was a little more laid back and chill than CB.
The condo itself was fine... a bit dated, but overall pretty clean and it worked well for the two of us. The kitchen was stocked well for us, but we didn't do much cooking. There are a good assortment of beach chairs and towels available. Jennifer was a great host and offered restaurant suggestions before we arrived, and was very responsive with the one issue we had to reach out to her about during our stay.

Jennifer has provided a home away from home. Aldea is truly a vacation destination. The view...it's the Gulf...right at your doorstep. Mornings, before the sun comes up is especially quiet and beautiful to see as pelicans dive into the water...something you don't see every day. Cannot wait to return to Aldea, again. Jennifer, you are the best!

As others have stated, the property is somewhat dated, but it was clean and the location is great! Had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were there 2 weeks after the recent hurricane, and the beach showed it. However, that is not anyone's fault just is what it is. It was very quiet both on the beach and in the condo. There was some construction going on for a short time, but texted the owner and somehow she made it stop! Excellent communication with the condo owner.

Excellent trip. The listing matched the property and was even better in person! The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The property was well maintained and the neighbors were great. Private beach that was immaculate right in your backyard. The sunsets were stunning each night. Centrally located with tons of restaurants and shopping 10 mins from Clearwater. Unfortunately nothing was walking distance but only a short drive. Our family had the most amazing week here and I will absolutely be back to the Aldea property in years to come ❤️. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Absolutely love this place! The location of it and just the layout fits the wife and I so well. I love to fish and always have a blast right behind the unit fishing. Can’t wait to book again!

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo in a June! Perfect view of beach and pool .. very clean and Jennifer is so nice and alway easy to check in and out!! The area is perfect so close to Clearwater and Indian Rocks and down the strip to St Pete..

So close to the beach and wonderful pool! The condo was so clean and comfortable. The beds had luxurious toppers and they felt like a tempuredic :) very clean and safe neighborhood condo. We will be back for sure!! The owner had plenty of beach towels and two chairs and an umbrella and boogie boards for us to use during our stay. Wonderful!!

We enjoyed this spot very much. The owner's response time and attentiveness was above par. There were definitely some things that could use attention which I brought to the owner. This is a unique property in that it is one of the few 1/1 on the beach. Therefore, the price was right.
However, the kitchen needs some things improved upon. The ice make / water dispenser does NOT WORK!!! That needs to be known so that you can prepare. The kitchen is not well equipped at all, so please be prepared for that as well.
Overall, for us, this was a completely passable place to stay as the location is superior and we were never inside so it worked for us.
The pool was spectacular as well as the Gulf.
If you are looking for an affordable 1/1 on the Gulf-side, this would certainly work for you. If you are very particular people, you may want to upgrade.

Beautiful view tucked back from the crowd and only steps from the pool and ocean. Beach was very nice to walk and not very crowded even though it was Spring Break. Accomodations are very basic and worn. Furniture and kitchen equipment could all use an upgrade. Beds were very comfortable, but the sheets you could almost see through. Appliances are all new and worked well. There are no restaurants or shopping within walking distance. We would definitley go back,but we aren't fussy type of people who need the finer things.

Our condo was located right on the private beach with stunning views! Nested between Clearwater and St Pete it allowed us to explore fantastic local restaurants and shops. We can not wait to go back!

This condo was in a very quiet area right on the beach. It is ideal for walks on the beach and sunsets. Amenities are close by but condo is not in a commercial area. The complex is well cared for with beautiful landscaping and well-cared for swimming pool.
This one bedroom condo was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and laundry facilities. The information we received from the management company prior to checking in was very detailed and professional.

We would highly recommend this property. The location is perfect. Quiet area but very close to all restaurants and activities. The pool and the beach were amazing and just a few steps from the door. The unit was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Jennifer responded quickly when needed. Incredible sunsets .

This is our second year at this location. Highly recommend this particular property- very well kept apartment, clean, has everything one need for living and also for the beach! Excellent communication with the owner, dealt with our questions very promptly. Overall, 5 stars all around! We will be back!

Great Stay
Wife and I were down for our 10 year wedding anniversary and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Location was spot on for the areas we were familiar with as well as for the places we ventured out to. Caddy’s, Palm Pavilion, and Ryan’s Island Cafe were our favorite. Spent some time fishing as well right behind the property and had great success! Caught a giant Ray, my first Snook, and even a nighttime 3’ shark.

Our experience was wonderful. The beach is amazing. Jennifer was very responsive to our needs. I would just suggest some maintenance. Light bulbs out, not enough electrical outlets, and some of them just unusable due to age. We needed a plumber and cable to come out, but that wasn’t a huge issue. Cleaning could be better for the coffee machine, vacuuming missed the previous guests’ price tags from clothing on the floor. If some maintenance is done, I will be right back. Everything else was wonderful.
Don’t expect to be able to walk into town. We took Uber everywhere. That was what we expected. We loved being a bit secluded. The beach felt like it was our own private real estate. Thanks, Jennifer!

Perfect condo on Belleaire Beach
The condo is perfect-just as described. But the best part is the location, we absolutely loved it. You literally walk out through the sliding glass door and the private beach is right there!! We already booked for next year!!!

It melted the snow
We love the Gulf coast area in March, but it can be overcrowded. Belleair is like a Mecca both removed from the hustle of Clearwater, but close enough to make our favorite restaurants available. The condo had all the amenities needed and was well maintained. We will miss our morning coffee with a view of the Gulf
