Znakomita lokalizacja: sklep i restauracja na dole, parę kroków do plaży, właściciele cierpliwi do osób nieznających języka i bardzo pomocni, piękne widoki i apartament jak na zdjęciach. Czysto i z pełnym wyposażeniem: czajnik, ekspres, kuchenka, mikrofalówka, toster, żelazko i suszarka. Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt z dziećmi. Polecam!
Łóżko w sypialni trochę za miękkie i skrzypiące.

amazing location right on the sea owner was beyond helpful, booked us taxis every day shop right under the apartment and restaurant right beside sea view from balcony good WiFi great aesthetics 10/10

The location was stunning, comfortable and lots of welcoming touches like biscuits, coffee, water etc. could not have wished for better.

Best place you'll find in Agia Pelagia, very close to the beach and super clean. Giannis, the host, is amazing, welcoming and friendly. He explained us everything we needed to know, we will definitely be back!

Definitely the TOP. We were in the accommodation for the second time. Lygaria is beautiful and small, the beach matches it. But the accommodation is great. You can buy everything you need in the shop below the accommodation. There is fast wifi in the room. A minute to the beach. Also good for trips, but definitely great for a stay when you want nothing more than the sea and peace. The owner also offers transportation from the airport, which is about 20 minutes away (Heraklion). Parking is right next to the accommodation. Several restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable, the beach is clean and the water! We will definitely be back. A place where I close my computer and go to the beach.

The location was very nice, right in the beach
the view was amazing
the photos are a bit misleading, i had more expectations
I don’t know if tit was just this one case but the house was not cleaned before we arrived so I didn’t feel very comfortable

A very pleasant holiday on a beautiful beach with everything you need (taverns, shop, etc.). A very beautiful apartment with a divine view of the bay from the balcony. Very nice and helpful host. We took the car from the owner at a reasonable price. The local beach is not overcrowded and gorgeous. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony! I recommend it to everyone!

Incredible location, fantastic host. Waking up to the sound of the sea each morning was truly magical and it was very hard to leave! Supermarket below was very handy and well stocked and the restaurant a few minutes walk along the front served delicious local food. Couldn't recommend this highly enough!

Perfect! We drive a lot, we use booking a lot. This is the first place I will definitely return to! Beautiful, clean apartment. You have everything here. On the beach, shop on the ground floor, the opportunity to cook, working wifi and all 30 min. from the airport !! I will recommend the place to all acquaintances and friends. Really great !!!

The location was incredible with balcony looking out to sea. So easy to walk to beach, only a minutes walk down some steps. Very relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is above a simple supermarket and restaurant.
The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is simple but functional.
I would recommend staying here .

Perfect location, with a wonderful view, a few steps from the beach, with a market right under the apartments and a taverna beside. Friendly and prompt host, that can offer cars to rent, including a lot of advises about how and where to drive, the "insider" interest points on the island. A really great location for families and friends who seek relaxation on the beach away from the crowded resorts, who love cristal clear warm water and good food.
The entrance in the water may be a little tricky because of the stones.

Good location for an end of season basecamp for relaxing, swimming, hiking, nearby climbing, running.
Beautiful view of Ligaria Beach, very quiet in October
1. WIFI not working due to misconfigured router. We were offered to use WIFI in non occupied neighboring apartment having another router. Nobody available to correct. This was the main nuisance especially as we highlighted it being important for us.
2. Heating system of AC not working. Compressor continuously tripping. It can get quite cool after days without sun.
3. Three times showering without warm water in 7 days (switching action to electric aux. water heater not known or interfered by caretaker)
