Room was large enough. All equipments for cooking were provided. It was clean too. Worth of prize

Staff was rude, the breakfast isn't worth of 10€. Location is not so great.... it's away from main market area

good value for money. clean and located in the outskirts of Rouen (40 minutes to the centre), it’s ideal if you travel by car

the communication was not good. they don’t answer messages

The location is good, there is plenty of shops, bakeries, and a very convenient grocery store across the road. Shopping mall is 2 stops away with the tramway 5 min apx..you can visit the city for about 15 min with the ( tramway )

cleanliness in the bathroom unfortunately, there was few hair and heating system that could have been better if not placed under the window, if you travel during warmer days, it should not be an issue. However, the staff is outstanding, they did everything they could to accommodate my needs, even when I left my keys in the car I was travelling from, they send a member of their staff to drop a spare one in the locker on a late Sunday. If you stay with family, the room has a kitchenette which is great. I would recommend the place because it is convenient for the price, the staff is helpful.

Gives a cozy feeling, like home - very useful for short stays. The guy in the reception (sorry, forgot the name) was super nice, and attentive.

Liked it. The location was perfect for me (close to the French school) but it's not close to the city center.

No vending machine to buy drinks at night when everything is closed

I have stayed in other properties of Séjours et Affaires and am happy with their studios…. with all the facilities (kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle, etc). And having decided at the last minute to travel to Rouen, when I checked on Booking.com, there were some properties slightly cheaper close to center, but when you check info, there is either NO LIFT or NON INTERNET!

I didn’t realise this is located in Sotteville (banlieue of Rouen). But don’t be put off, Metro Voltaire is just 2-3 mins from property…. which brings you to Center within 10 mins (Theatres des Arts of Palais de Justice) to visit all historical monuments (Cathedral, Eglise Jeanne d’Arc, Vieux Marché….)…Also, to get to Gare Rive Droite (on Metro map noted as Gare Rue Verte)
