The hotel was located as close to the Expo center as possible, which made walking easey.
The ability to eat at the restaurant was ridiculous. They do advertise an app to make reservations, but in a small hotel it ddn't seem like that was truly necessary. However it proved to be the only way to eat dinner. That however is totally unclear in the messaging.

The hotel is very close to the Beaujoire exhibition centre and has good parking onsite. The breakfast is fine, the hotel is generally clean, and the staff (when they are available) are friendly. It was a shame that I was allocated such a noisy room as this really changed my perception of the hotel and is the main reason I have allocated such a poor score - it really did spoil the stay.
The room I was in had terrible sound proofing. Room 1 (and Room 4) are next to a set of doors that all guests use to access the rooms hence it was very noisy and disturbing. There were no staff at reception both on my arrival (after 4pm) and departure. I could hear staff in the office talking rather than being at the desk to attend to the line of guests waiting to depart. Also note that access to the hotel is only from one end of the street due to a barrier (not the hotel's fault at all!)

Room size is so smoll . Even bed. Must single room or twin bed. Double is un comfortable. Night time boring. Nothing to do.

Location for football stadium. The staff were also very welcoming. The breakfast was very good.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were kind and friendly. The hotel is close to the tram stop so it is easy to get around the city.

Plenty of parking, the breakfast was ok. The staff were very pleasant.
We arrived on Saturday evening at 7.30pm. The restaurant and bar was shut so we had to get in our car again and drive to a restaurant, there was nothing close by within walking distance. There were people coming and going throughout the night and the sound carried throughout the hotel. There was an ashtray just outside our bedroom window and people were smoking outside at 4am making noise.

Close to track and public transport
No air-conditioner. Room was too small. No fan (a fan mounted on the wall costs 30 Euros) No where to wash clothes. To get ice was difficult. No fridge in rooms.

Some staff super friendly and willing to help. Very accommodating of our SA BMX team. After a day or two all team members staying in nearby hotels gathered at our hotel due to friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and comfortable outdoor area.
No aircon or room fridge. Small rooms and no swimming pool but seems the norm for Europe.

Staff was very kind kind, welcoming and helpful, free parking is very convenient. Great food at the restaurant, and although the location was not touristy it was very nice for short walks.
It is mandatory not to smoke inside the rooms, but it seems the person before us, was a heavy smoker, who probably did it at the door, there was a slight smell as cigarette. I was expecting the room to be a bit bigger, it was not too big. The shower let all the water out so the bath was a mess after our showers.

Excellent location for ease of access to the Beaujoire exhibition halls.
Lack of good lighting in the bedroom. More powerful lightbulbs are surely not that expensive and would make all the difference!

Very good location in the city center to explore Rennes. Nice room and bathroom, quiet in the city center.
No staff was available at arrival, and only after calling twice someone picked up. The hotel has no parking, and staff gave wrong information on cost of parking in the neighbourhood.

Good location outside city of Nantes. Breakfast was good but had to pay extra
Website stated that there was a restaurant but when we arrived we discovered it wasn't open. This could have been communicated to us. Rooms small though adequate for overnight. Some disturbance from outside during the night
