The thickness of the wall that made every noise filter through, the fact that the management does prevent guests from shouting and walking heavily along the corridor, at early/late hours. The neglectful and recurrent, inexplicable habit to accommodate guests very near to each other when the hotel was actually EMPTY! Noise during the night was unbearable, which, for a structure whose main feature is the "peaceful and quiet" location is not something one can tolerate. The rest was okay, but definitely less substance than advertised. Stuff at the breakfast dining room was rude and inelegant. Breakfast inexistent.

The kitchen smelt of urine. The terrace was walled in so no view whatsoever. The staff were not very friendly. The pools were great. There was no kids club, the only reason we booked. Overall a fairly disappointing stay.

pool and sports fields are great for children and adults. very large space, relaxing. great location very near to Baratti beach

furniture is a bit old, only superficially cleaned. the aircon is very old and has an unpleasant smell

Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious, clean and confortable.

Apartment is spacious. Bed's are really conftable, cooling is great. Car can be parked under the shade. There are three pools on the property.

Apartment floor was not clean. I even found an apple behind the refrigerator.

The pool; rooms had air conditioning; restaurant on site had nice food; rooms were large

Gym facilities were quite old and out dated for being a sport hotel, beds were very uncomfortable, breakfast was not included. Generally facilities are quite dated.

The parking was free. The olimpic pool was heated. Great pool for trained swimmers. The restaurant was ok, but nothing special.

A bit far from the beach, but a short ride with bikes did the job. The bike rental staff did not allow the kids to use their own bikes on the pump track saying it is not allowed to use 29" or fully suspension bikes, trying to sell a BMX bike although the pump track was not in that great shape. The menu in the restaurant was available only via QR code in Italian only without any pictures. Difficult to choose.

All what you need for a perfect holiday. The most beautiful landscape, delicious food, beautiful cities, quietness and an endless beach.

Weak or non-existent internet in the rooms.

The room was very comfortable and had a nice kitchen. The pool was out of this world and made the trip so relaxing. The staff was excellent, especially explaining everything very clearly at the check-in.

The hotel needs to add wifi in the sleeping rooms (this is now as basic as a shower). The hotel should consider providing a free shuttle to the Baratti beach (I suggest that it run every half hour).

The 50m pool and the surroundings! The restaurant is also really good and friendly staff.

The facilities, the Olympic pool is excellent and the pool area is clean and spacious. The setting is gorgeous and only a ten minute drive from some lovely local restaurants. We booked a guided mountainbike tour that was a lot of fun. Overall I recommend this place

The rooms are a little dated and it was very difficult to find staff generally. For some reason each room only has one toilet roll and as they do not make up the rooms every day we had to go hunt for additional rolls. The wifi is patchy and not very fast making it difficult for those in our group that had to do a bit of work.
