Apartment has no flaws. Good Kitchen , Good Bedroom, Good Bathroom. Hosts Very Good 20-30 minute walk to whatever you could need, restaurants , grocery’s and Bellagio! Host quick to respond to messages, and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Not far from the center of Bellagio.

Fantastic experience! Wonderful views that were better than the pictures! Domi is an amazing host with bubbling enthusiasm & a willingness to help in any way she could. She picked us up AND took us grocery shopping as we were carless. Her son Luca was wonderful as well!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Bellagio! The home has been recently updated and is very comfortable! The kitchen has all you need to cook! The linens and towels were all very nice!The views from both sides of the house are gorgeous! The host was very helpful! She gave us rides when needed and helped us navigate the bus and ferry! I highly recommend staying in this lovely home! Wynn

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns direkt bei der Ankunft wohl. Es ist ein wunderschönes, gemütliches. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Ausblick dazu ist traumhaft. Und für die Hunde war es Erholung pur. Man sollte nur beachteten das Anwesen liegt an einem Hang. Was aber für die Region spricht, Mal Berg auf und ab. Aber kurz gefasst hatte wir einen traumhaften Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen ,absolut sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Unsere freundliche Vermieterin konnten wir stets erreichen . Sie hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. . Über einen Treppenweg konnten wir fast alles zu Fuss erreichen.Auch unser Hund hat sich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Auf einer großen Wiese konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir bedanken uns bei Domi und ihrer Familie für unbeschwerte Urlaubstage.

Wir 71 + 77 Jahre verbrachten 10 Wundervolle Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung mit Garten/Grünfläche am Hang mit einen fantastischen Blick über den Comer See. Frau Domi ist eine sehr nette hilfsbereite und liebenswürdige Gastgeberin. Tip: Fußweg / Treppenweg über San Giovanni und Strasse nach Bellagio-Schiffsanleger ca. 4,5 km / 55 Min. Domi and Luca were extremely helpful for my wife and I. I requested the top apartment for our honeymoon and wow was it amazing. The views from the top apartment bedroom had us both in awe. Perfect views for a perfect location. 10 minute drive to Bellagio’s free parking. Such a great location to get away from the crowd, but also be close enough to enjoy the city. We LOVED this spot. Our favorite so far on our trip to Italy. The flowers and bottle of wine were extra special as well. They really know how to make you feel welcomed and special. We will definitely be renting again in the future, as Lake Como has our hearts forever.

The host was super friendly and informative and even helped my carry her backpack to the room. She helped us become familiar with the surroundings. She was very patient with us and the apartment was top quality and in an excellent location. She made sure we got to the apartment and kept close communication when we got to Como. I will stay here again. Five stars all the way and best experience.

Wir verbrachten knapp 1 Woche in der fantastischen Ferienwohnung in Bellagio. Schon die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich - mit einem traumhaften Blick vom Garten aus - der jede Mahlzeit noch schöner macht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man in einer Fewo benötigt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter! Domi ist eine sehr nette und fürsorgliche Vermieterin.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed them all. Domi was very helpful and offered many services of travel which was nice since we did not rent a car. The walk into town from the house was not too bad if the weather is nice. I would recommend renting a scooter or a car if you want to travel more. I can't say enough good things about the views! We would use this house for a second stay if we ever return.

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung eine traumhaft schöner Zeit verbracht. Domi, unsere Vermieterin erwartete uns schon am Parkplatz und zeigte uns den Weg zum Apartment. Für unseren Hund war es auch total stressfrei. Er hatte direkt beim Ferienhaus einen sehr große Grünfläche, wo er frei laufen konnte. Dort waren keine direkten Nachbarn, die es eventuell hätte stören können. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, falls es doch an was fehlen sollte, Domi ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft gerne weiter. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit ganz gutem Gewissen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

L’accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire sont à la hauteur de la beauté de ce paysage. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Tout le matériel nécessaire est présent pour passer de bonne vacances. La vue du lac de Côme est encore plus belle qu’en photo. Enfin, l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont un gros point positif. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous dans cette jolie maison parfaitement rénovés très récemment. L'accueil de Domenica est exceptionnel, elle tient à ce que tout soit parfait et que ses hôtes soient bien installés. Elle communique facilement en cas de besoin et sait se rendre disponible. Elle nous a donné des conseils pertinents pour le séjour. La maison est très propre, spacieuse, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est magnifique, la vue est imprenable sur le lac de Come. Nous avons apprécié les boissons d'accueil qu'elle nous a offert. Attention : l'accès à la maison n'est pas facile d'accès pour tous, l'endroit est très escarpé. Nous recommandons très vivement ce logement pour son emplacement et sa qualité.

Sehr ordentlich und sauber. Alles vorhanden, von Toaster bis Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine. Und nicht zu vergessen ein sehr netter und angenehmer Kontakt. Grazie Domi!!

Wij hadden het boven appartement. Dat is ruim voor 2 personen (met een hond) en goed te doen voor 4 personen. Als je bij het appartement bent, is het uitzicht fraai (Villa Carlotta ligt aan de overkant van het meer). De ruimte rondom het appartement is voldoende. En er zijn voldoende plekjes met schaduw. De nadelen staan ook in andere recensies: je auto staat in een parkeerhaventje aan de provinciale weg (met 1 auto is dat goed te doen, 2 auto’s is vol en krap). En de wandeling vanaf de weg naar boven is stijl (je bent dan ook aan het Comomeer). De eigenaren van het appartement (Luca en Domi) zijn zeer hulpbeleid.

Très belle résidence avec une vue splendide sur le lac et ses environs. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et serviables. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le rêve pour les amateurs de ballades montagneuses.

We absolutely loved Domy's place. The apartment had everything you would need including an amazing set of wine glasses for your evening relaxation. We stayed with our little boy and Domy provided us with baby cot and mattress for him. The view from the top floor bedroom was amazing and I wish I could wake up to it everyday!!! I hope we will be back soon!!!

Une vue sur le lac très agréable depuis le sommet de la terrasse verte et fleurie ou l'on déguste un Prosecco glacé avec les antipasti. On se baigne au petit village de pêcheurs de San Giovanni en descendant deux escaliers à partir de la maison. Située directement sur un magnifique sentier de randonnée qui atteint un belvédère à couper le souffle sur les trois branches du lac de Côme. Maison entièrement refaite à neuf, très lumineuse, propre et très bien équipée avec deux ouvertures sur le lac comme la loggia de la villa Balbianello !!!

Uitstekende nette vakantieappartementen voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Vanuit het huis en de tuin met voldoende privacy heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het Comomeer. Prettige eigenaresse Domi staat altijd voor je klaar.

Our visit to Lake Como & Bellagio was wonderful, but our stay here was a disappointment. We booked the upstairs apartment with Domenica, and her son, Luca, three months in advance (when we had other attractive rental choices in the area), but we were given the downstairs unit upon arrival. Concerned about noise from above, we were told that upstairs guests would not arrive for two days. Still we heard noise as they cleaned and prepared, and apparently the room is used as a bachelor's pad between renters. The lower apartment is box-like and lacks a lake view unless you go out onto the lawn. We left early in the morning to sight-see, and came back late only to sleep. The rental is in a good location, has a handy washing machine inside, and was clean. There is no dishwasher, and you must park on the narrow roadside and hike up a steep cobblestone driveway which is challenging with luggage. We feel that Luca and Domenica were deceptive when they took our booking, and also when they told us the upper unit would be empty for two days giving us some privacy and quiet time. We have booked rental homes through VRBO for many years with satisfaction. This stay has been one of our rare rental disappointments. The Smith Family
