Everything were fine.

Easy to reach location with big & safe car park. 30 mins walk form the harbour and the restaurants. The room was small but comfy and well appointed.

Air conditioning was on a weak side. The breakfast area was a bit cramped in the morning.

Staff. They don't know basics of customer service. On booking it was stated that i can pay at the property, but once i arrived they had charged on card automatically. i have my own reasons why i wanted to pay in person. However, they turned all on me as if i was wrong on their mis-managed information on booking. No apologies, only self-righteousness. it was petty bad ending to a otherwise beautiful day.

The room set up.The device to hang clothes on was intrusive due to the very narrow walkway at the end of the bed.. The bedside table is quite small. I'm sure it would be better and cost effective to do away with the ridiculous high shelf, of no use above the TV. The window frame and mechanism is quite ugly on the inside of the room. The security code to enter the room is too long.The cost doesn't reflect it being budget.

budget accommodation for one night. everything is very clean. surprisingly very good noise isolation. there is breakfast

located a bit far of the beach, 20-30 min walk, we knew it and it was not a boundary to stay there.

The sheet was bigger than the duvet which meant that there was about 3 to 4 inches without any duvet in it - not good

Have been ibis customers in the past but were very disappointed. Now. Room was very very tight, cell-like. Hard to move around, especially not a good place for older people. Clean? Yes! Value for monies? Too expensive for accommodations. Hard to move besides beds…almost running into mounted TV and or clothes hangers.

Check-in and check-out times are not as advertised. Staff is extremely rude. Does not meet the standard of other Ibis hotels. Would definitely not recommend.
