Großes Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank und vor allem einem sehr bequemen Bett und endlich war mal ausreichend Kopfkissen vorhanden! Allgemein ruhige Lage Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen

Einzig allein das Bad könnte eine kleine Sanierung vertragen aber trotzdem sauber und ordentlich

Location was perfect, very close to Ramstein Air Base. The front desk staff was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage until our next hotel was available. I would be happy to stay here again.

I didn’t really like the breakfast options, but there was a wide variety of things to choose from. Also, it was very hot in our room and very difficult to cool it down enough to sleep. Luckily, there was a fan in the room to help a little.

Coffee & croissants in the lobby were delicious

The floor in the room was so dirty I had to wipe off my feet before putting my shoes on. Also, the bathroom needs basic maintenance—the cover to the hand soap was missing and the hairdryer had fallen in it, and the shower head was rigged up with an elastic band. Also, the mini blinds strings were broken.

Great stay, one night and it met all our needs.

The rooms are good size, the place was quiet and they have a great breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the wi-fi was fast enough for everything I wanted to do. There is a TV in the room, but I didn't watch it this time.

My main complaint was that the elevator stopped working when I was there, and I had to drag my bags up and down stairs, this time it wasn't a big issue, but would have been if I had big bags. even when the elevator does work, you have to move bags up and down a few steps to get to some rooms.

Nice Location, only a few minutes from the base. Breakfast was really good. Staff was nice.

Rooms were decent but may need an upgrade to the carpet in there. Stains on carpet and looks outdated.

I stayed in room 131. The flat screen tv was duck taped to an old tv stand for a box tv that was mounted to the wall. The ceiling fan shakes like it is going to come out of the ceiling. The water in the shower would start off cold and the go to warm which is normal. However then it would go to scalding hot with no warning and would not go back to warm. I had to shut off the water multiple times to finish my shower.
