We used this hotel as a cheap pit stop to break up the car journey from Quepos to Monteverde. It served this purpose by the skin of its teeth. Food was good for evening dinner.

The room was really small and smelt like sewage when you used the sink. We had mosquitoes in the room but were killed with fly spray after we complained, not ideal for an asthmatic. Breakfast was terrible for us as vegetarians. You don’t get an option, we just got handed a plate of food with meat on.

The hotel is gorgeous just the town is not a particularly nice place. I came off the Ferry from Nosara so was a good halfway stop.

It is a busy road to enter off but they were very helpful

The breakfasts and the staff were delightful , The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed talking with them, The view of the beach was amazing, I loved taking pictures of the sunsets and the dawn,

No hot water. Anywhere. Wasn't T planning on a cold shower...This was NOT mentioned on the website. Internet was always dropping. Very small room. You get what you pay for.

Refrigerator in room could have been a little bigger

The staff are friendly. The beach and pool are good. you have also the beach, pool, restaurant and a corner store in the same place.

It was unique. You feel special. The staff are amicable.

On the Beach and very accessible.

There is a very busy highway next to the hotel, but the staff is very good about helping you get in the parking lot and directing you to a parking spot.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night at the hotel. The room was impeccable clean, the bed was comfortable, and there is a swimming pool on the property. Next morning we got a delicious traditional breakfast and we got all of that at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure to meet Roberto,the owner and his wife. He is a great host and lovely person. We enjoyed talking with him. He shared great stories with us and he helped us while I wasn't feeling great the next day. There is a shop and the restaurant next to the hotel. They offered great food at local price. In front of the hotel is a nice chill-place at the beach. We love being surrounded by nice-talkative people and feel like home while we are traveling and we felt like that during our stay. We will def come back. Thank you Roberto! Pura Vida!

The most I liked the people. I arrived early in the morning and just wanted to drop my heavy pack pack and hang around before check in, so I had such a good breakfast in the restaurant with great service also. Then they gave me my room super early, which was great so I could rest after a lot of traveling. Next morning I took a ferry or was planning on taking one, and was myself late in schedule so the wonderful guy with French name (don’t know how to spell) offered to take me to harbor bc taxi had taken too long to arrive. There was also later once, but the kindness of these people is just so adorable 🥰 muchísimas Gracias ✨ Hotel room and all was also clean and everything, perfect for my one night rest.
