Cozy and family home in Cortina d 'Ampezzo
Cet appartement confortable est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la zone piétonne, du centre de Cortina et à 50 m du ski-bus / arrêt de bus. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, finement meublé dans le style Ampezzo, composé d'un salon-salle à manger lumineux (avec canapé-lit), cuisine équipée avec cuisinière 4 feux, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, toutes les casseroles et la vaisselle nécessaire pour la table, un service avec lavabo, bidet, WC, baignoire / douche, 2 chambres - une double (éventuellement vous pouvez ajouter un lit bébé) et une avec deux lits, un placard (avec un lit d'urgence) . Le salon donne sur un jardin avec un petit banc et une fontaine surplombant le Tofane. L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision couleur avec numérique terrestre, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, mixeur plongeant et aspirateur.

It was perfect!

We arrived evening before our day excursion to Dolomites. Enrica greeted us and explained everything about apartment in detail! Great communication in timely manner. Would recommend to anyone staying on the area. Minutes from downtown area. Very walkable, but we drove a few minutes and parking was ok in the town.

The property is described accurately. The apartment has everything needed for an extended stay at Cortina. The property manager is very pleasant and is responsive in all communications. The location is very convenient for walks into Cortina. The apartment has beautiful mountain views in all directions. There are grocery stores within easy walking distance. My spouse and I hope to return again! Highly recommend.

This clean and tidy apartment was fantastic value for ski season in Cortina. Easy drive to many gondolas and downtown Cortina. Also possible to walk downtown. Hotel Columbia across the street has a decent mini spa with massages too! The apartment is well equipped for European standards but North Americans need to know there is no shampoo, shower soap, kettle, coffee machine etc. Would recommend for sure. Thank you to Enrica and Laura for providing such a lovely stay in Cortina!!

What an amazing location. The apartment was perfect for our group. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting outside for the sunset! Getting around to different attractions was fairly close and easy to navigate. We would highly recommend this authentic place to others looking for the feel of the Italian Alps!

The host communicated with us well and met us for check in. The property was clean and looked just like the photos. We appreciated having laundry on site.

The host was very welcoming and spent time giving us recommendations on where to hike and how to get around town. The apartment is roomy and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. An easy walk into town. Nice outside sitting area with views of the mountains. Would definitely come again.

Clean and roomy apartment, good beds and kitchen utilities. Parking is just outside the apartment-very convenient. Enrica is attentive and helpful host . Highly recommended.

This property is located 10 minutes from city center by foot making it the perfect location to stay. The living space was clean and comfortable as well. I would not want to stay anywhere else when returning!

Comfortable and clean property, with lots of space for the four of us. Kitchen had plentiful crockery and pots, pans etc for self catering. Washing machine very useful. In a good location to walk into central Cortina and to drive out to the various trailheads for day hikes. Very welcoming host. Being British I missed not having an electric kettle for my morning cup of tea, but I managed! We had a great week. Thank you Enrica.

Great stay
Great stay in the appartment, largely spacious enough for 4 adults. A 10-15 min walk from Cortina's center. Very clean, with everything that we needed. Enrica was accurate and great to deal with. Special bonus for great recycling :)

Great location between slopes and town. Next door to beppe sello restaurant. Host was welcoming and apartment had all one needs for a great stay in thevqween if the Dolomites.

Sehr gemütliche gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Kachelofen, der immer schöne Wärme spendete.
Leider kam am ersten Tag der Skibus (Haltestelle 50 m entfernt) nicht (Italien halt), aber die Unterkunft sonst: alles top!

Great place with access to town and slopes
All good overall. I would recommend that the second (adult) room get a proper bed or fold out and a kettle would make things easier. That said, the host was great and the place and location were excellent and her communication was excellent. Highly recommended!!

pleasant stay in Enrica's unit
We had very pleasant 4 nights in Enrica's beautiful unit.
She was so nice to let us check in quite later than we planned.
The decoration is local and we like it. The unit was very spacious and clean, had everything you need for short stay, there is even a heater in the bathroom.
Hope we could have another stay in the future.

Perfect apartment in Cortina
This is a spacious well-equipped apartment. Felt really comfortable, and had a real uniqueness. Communication with Enrica was great, she was nice and an excellent host! 10 minutes walk from the town center. Will be back!

Schöne mit viel Holz eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Elektrik schon etwas älter, aber funktionsfähig. Nette Gastgeberin.

Gehweg nicht vorhanden
Kein Gehweg zwischen Wohnung und Bushaltestelle. Mann muss direkt über Straße laufen, was leicht gefährlich ist. Sonst alles Super!

Excellent base for exploring Cortina and the Dolomites
Used this as a base for participating in the Lavaredo Ultra trail race. Really convenient within walking distance of the centre of town and the start line of the race . Helpful check in, parking space. Would stay here again.
