We really enjoyed our stay—this location is close enough to all of the activity in the Capitol Hill neighborhood while still being on a quiet block. Everything was exactly as we expected it to be. We didn't have any issues with the locks like some people have said in past reviews.
Be prepared to pay for parking in a nearby lot (which there were always spots available) and it was just at the end of the block—really close. But we never really saw street parking available the entire stay.

The one issue that keeps this review from being a 5 star is the problems we had with the automated locking system to enter the property! The code did not work and we had to call the manager t to open the door remotely!

Apartment was as advertised. Small,very clean. Building it is in is a little shabby. Big problem was the code to the lock to apartment didn't work reliably. Several calls to Hosteeva central number did not solve. Finally got referred to local manager who told us we could unlock with online app which solved problem. They could have saved us a lot of frustration with better upfront info.
