My recent experience at the apartment was truly great. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the perfect view that greeted us. The support we received from Shyerl was exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. We were met at the apartment to hand over keys. Our lovely agent then gave us tips on where to go etc and was available for the duration of our trip for questions. Amazing location, short walk to Ferry and restaurants. More quiet area. Apartment was very spacious and modern.

Great huge well-equipped duplex apartment with a beautiful view on church and a few steps away from the lake. We stayed only for 1 night, but have a great time there. Check-in was easy, now they use lockboxes, Sheryl was very helpful and always in touch.

The best hotel ever, we love all. Amazing view, perfect location (very close to all famous villas) bus station under the corner, the same with the boat to another cities. apartment is also so comfortable and clean, we have all we need at kitchen. A lot of additional pillows and blankets. There is also amazing terrace and balcony with the best view.

The room was very hot and it was difficult to control the temperature as it was centralised.

Absolutely ridiculous that no check-in instructions were sent to me. When I started a chat with the host, I received no reply despite sending them multiple messages. Even after the stay, no response to any of my messages. I had to review and scroll through the comments and reviews from other people who had a similar bad experience to find out that I have to go to another hotel about 1 km away to check-in and collect the keys. This was not written anywhere, and not told to me by anyone. I had to find out this information for myself. I dragged my luggage to the address of the residence, had to wait 20 mins to find out how to get into the property, and then travel another 1 hour to the other hotel and back before being able to check into the property. Hard pass.

we didn’t get a right explanation about how to get to the apartment, so we had to carry the luggage for several dark and dangerous stairs before getting there. Then we realized there is another entrance in a side road

Great location with fantastic views across Lake Como towards Bellagio. Modern appartments with free car park around the corner and restaurants, cafes, bar and mini supermarket all within 2 minute walk. All the appartments are slightly different layout with the top floor lake view appartments the biggest and best. Helpful staff but checkin is at hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo, about 15 minute walk away. Griante is a great location with scattered restaurants and cafes along the lake and 15 minute walk to Tremezzo.

We felt a lingering soul around the property. Windows were found open after being shut closed by each individual in our group (all 5 of us). Bathroom door slamming without any wind blowing.

Location of the apartments was great, lots of nice cafes and restaurants around in Griante and well positioned for walking/easy hikes too. Ferry to Bellagio takes 10 minutes and very easy, and C10 bus directly to Como. The staff at the hotel used for check in were great (even though this process was very unusual and unexpected.) Apartment was clean and very spacious.

We were messaged 24 hours before arrival that key pick up had to be done from a hotel which was 1km away from the apartments - this was difficult for us as we had a lot of luggage, not sure why key lock boxes weren’t used like most Airbnbs have, or why this wasn’t made clear when booking. The hotel is also where the pool is - so whilst this is advertised on the website, it’s quite misleading as you have to walk 20 mins to use it. Pool towels also cost €10 so would recommend bringing your own. Directions to the apartment would also be very useful - there is a large Hotel Britannia nearby which we assumed would be connected to the apartments but wasn’t - had to ask a lot of people to locate the building as there are no signs.

The apartments are really spacious and new, so everything feels clean. The sofa and things like knives and forks are where the money ran out - they felt too cheap to be called luxury. But unless you are going to host dinners I guess it doesn't really matter - if you only come to the apartment to sleep and are busy doing other things outside during the day, cheap old forks are a minor nuisance.

When I was booking, lake view rooms weren't available, but with this property you really need the lake view. Otherwise the whole point of it gets lost. The apartment on the ground floor (702) has a massive secure door, but somehow it isn't sound-proof at all. Other guests were coming home drunk all night from midnight to 4 a.m. and we could hear every single word of their loud conversations in our bedroom.
