Loved our room, our view, the fact that it was pet friendly and the short walk to town. Also Dr. Steve was very kind and friendly!! Hope to be back soon!

The location is excellent - the rooms have a patio that overlooks a beautiful lake. The room was recently renovated and very well done! The TV was huge and had a lot of channels. The kitchenette was supplied with everything you could possibly need and the bathroom was clean and shower was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The design of the room was great too! The hotel greeter was wonderful and gave me extra coffee with a smile. A wonderful place to stay!

Pretty decent place to stay when skiing at Saddleback. Hotel undergoing much-needed renovation. New efficiency/suite rooms with kitchenette & bath and smart storage are great for skiers.

Floor is usually freezing. Bring warm slippers. Parking lot can be very icy.

great location, near the mountain and right in the lake, plenty of places to eat. We loved Monty, one of the 4 dogs that lives there.

Clean and well taken care of inside the room. Room was newly remodeled & had new kitchenware.

Vehicles outside the building were a bit loud. some building rehab going on outside.

Rooms are newly renovated with kitchens. Right on the lake. Easy walking distance to town / restaurants, short drive to Saddleback.

Love the location! Extremely convenient for intown fun, H2O views - albeit frozen And of course Saddleback a stone's throw away GREAT SHOWER!!!

the location was easy to find and access to town and restaurants great!

The couple of steps to the front door had not been totally cleared and had a solid ice chunk we had to walk around or step over to get to the entry door and the entrance itself was on a slope from parking the truck. Upon entering, the tv was on as well as a ceiling fan. and when looking for an extra blanket I opened a long rectangular storage ottoman at the foot of the bed and found it loaded with clothes such as shirts and jeans as if someone was living there! The bed comforter was showing wear too. Lastly, the bathroom looked clean and had plenty towels but in the shower, there were a few short black strands of hair stuck to the white sides and one shower door swung freely out when moving to get in. They had one shampoo and one condition product. The condition bottled opened as if it had been opened before and the top of the bottled was discolored.
