It was a great experience from start to finish. We were welcomed upon arrival and shown our room which was very thoroughly cleaned. The airco is new and really good. In fact everything is new or very well taken care off. We also liked the coffee machine and having a perfect cosy balcony for our morning breakfasts. Our towels were changed daily and they smelled so good. Location has good proximity to beaches, market, restaurants and sights. The host was a cool guy and he gave us some good tips which made our life easier. We definitely recommend this place.

A mirror in the room would have been nice but not a deal breaker.

The apartment is very spacious, near the supermarket and some restaurants. The hospitality is top notch!

We had nice stay at the villa, the studio was clean and spacious. The host was friendly and helpfull with everything we needed.

The room was neat and clean and was serviced everyday.. The room was equipped with a kitchenette including a microwave, kettle, twin gas, coffee percolator, utensils, and cutlery.

Climbing up and down the stairs was a pain. Kevin our host howevet did help with our bags. While there was a coffee filter, some minimal supplies of coffee, milk pods and sugar on arrival would have been nice. No shower screen in the bath

Kevin the host was very accommodating to any requests made and was very prompt at replying. The studio was clean and met all the necessary needs.

Kevin is an amazing host. His studio is super clean and, well equipped and you can't beat the location - just 8 minutes from Le Morne beach. Kevin was always available to help, offer advice and everything else needed. We would have given it 12/10 if possible and we will surely be back.

Everything was great! Good location, cozy apartment. And I want to highlight that Kevin is a fantastic host! We had a trouble with a rental car and he was so kind to help us. It worths a lot.

a really nice apartment with the best host - Kevin! we enjoyed the location a lot and also the sunset views from the balcony or roof terrace! the kitchen was nicely equipped and had everything we needed - and even if we missed something (e.g. a can opener….) Kevin would get you one in a few seconds :) he also gave a lot of tips in the area and also around Mauritius - we especially loved the recommendation of Dolphin Warrior for a boat tour, which was amazing. can highly recommend this place.

The room was clean with daily housekeeping. We enjoyed the balcony and birds singing there every morning. Great location, a supermarket nearby and few nice dining options in a walking distance. The staff was very friendly and was always there for us. It's a great value for money.

The property was really clean, fully functional studio.

The kitchen had everything you need to be comfortable in the apartment. Supermarket and restaurants were down the street. The room had great views of the ocean and the apartment also has access to a roof top terrace with a barbecue and incredible views of the bay and La Morne. The room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels after every usage. Kevin also put us in contact with a local boat operator so that we could dolphin watching and snorkeling at the nearby reefs.

The fridge was sometimes loud in the room, so bring ear plugs. If you don’t like a lot of light while sleeping, the room is a bit bright very early in the morning.

I had a great stay at Arkenstone Studios. The studio is clean and modern and hosts very friendly and helpful. It is located near to the nicest beach in Mauritius and Le Morne for hiking. Highly recommended

Very clean, strong wifi, super well equipped (even bbq equipment available on rooftop). Super friendly host, was in touch and available before the stay. Very secure location with automatic gate. Located at walking distance from hypermarket and restaurant. Big for a studio!
