Very convenient location and the apartment is equipped with whatever you might need for a short stay. Smooth and easy communication with Zelia at arrival and nice enough to allow a late check-out as well.

The bedroom and bathroom are quite cramped, and unfortunately there were roadworks in the street where the apartment is located, though that was just bad luck.

The location was perfect and also the value for money

It was very dirty, we had to do a laundry for the sheets and the towels because they weren’t clean at all. The floor was dirty and there was dust all over the place. The bathroom is very small for four people, without window and without a fan.

Location is fantastic 5 min walk from notre dam Cathedral. Many thanks to Ms. Sandrine for her service; fast and smooth check in and extra fast cleaning.

It would be nice in the future to invest more in furniture like better sofa bed.

Joli petit appartement proche du centre, cuisine équipée. Petit restau juste en bas de l'immeuble pour petit déjeuner ou déjeuner, boulangerie et petit magasin alimentaire proche. Situé dans une rue plutôt calme. Propriétaire gentille.

Les toilettes avaient une odeur d'égouts durant la fin du séjour. Nous devions fermer la porte pour éviter les odeurs. La lumière dans la salle de bain est très faible et donc peu pratique.

L'appartement est confortable et bien placé, proche de la cathédrale, des musées et des bains municipaux.

La cuisine pourrait être un tout petit peu mieux équipée et il faudrait changer les poêles en Téflon qui sont ébréchées. Le code WiFi qui est indiqué dans l'appartement est faux.

L'appartement est calme et très bien placé. Il est bien chauffé et confortable. Nous étions trois couples et avons loué les deux appartements de la Pléiade, l'un pour 2 et l'autre pour 4.. L'un des deux appartements (celui du 2ème étage) dispose d'une porte qui ferme le séjour, ainsi que d'un canapé-lit, ce qui nous a permis de le transformer en chambre. L'hôte qui nous a accueillis est très aimable, disponible au téléphone et très réactif (problème de TV). Nous avons adoré notre séjour et la visite de Strasbourg.

Peut-être un peu juste en ustensiles de cuisine pour des voyageurs qui feraient un long séjour. (Mais pour nous qui avons pris seulement nos petits-déjeuners et un dîner sur le pouce, c'était parfait. Il y a tant de super restos à Strasbourg !)

Appartamento comodo e tranquillissimo nella città vecchia. Ben strutturato e arredato in maniera semplice ma con tutto quello che serve. Letti confortevoli, wifi ben funzionante, cucina funzionale con microonde, macchinetta per caffè espresso etc., presenza di negozi e servizi a due passi. Ideale per un soggiorno in città.

La scala d'accesso all'appartamento (secondo piano) è un po' ripida e stretta, soprattutto la seconda rampa; per noi comunque non è stato un problema.

Emplacement vraiment vraiment idéal pour notre mission famille : le marché de Noël ! Logement à deux pas à pieds de tout commerces et visites. Quartier super calme. Nous sommes venus en train . Top !! Contact avec le personnel d'accueil très bon. Appartement bien propre et fonctionnel.

Salle de bain toute petite et peu éclairée. Canapé convertible pas pratique (coussins d'assise non fixes). Petit passage à reprendre sur la vaisselle . Prévoir des bouteilles d'eau pour le goût celle-ci. Je dis cela au vu du prix à cette période (env. 200€ la nuit..)

Achtung bei der Zahlung der Touristen Taxe! Unbedingt nicht mehr bezahlen als auf Booking.com angegeben. Hatte hier eine Diskussion mit der Verwaltung, da wir statt knapp 5€, mehr als 27€ zahlen sollten. Nach langen hin und her u.a. auch mit dem Besitzer, mussten wir aus Kulanz nichts bezahlen. Den ganzen Stress am letzten Abend, hätte ich mir gerne erspart. Zu verbessern wäre die Helligkeit der Lampe im Bad, leider viel zu schwaches Licht

We loved our stay at Appartements de la Pleiade. we were comfortable, great location, host was really lovely and helpful, made us feel really welcome and very responsive. nicely decorated apartment, we loved going up the stairs and feeling like we were in a traditional French apartment. thank you :)

Stairs, bed was a little saggy.

The apartment itself is nice and has a well equipped kitchen, including a washer/dryer. Great location.

The stairs leading up to the apartment are steep and narrow, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or large luggage.

The location was really great. Very close to the cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also, the parking, even though not free, was pretty close. I assume you could find smth in the street, but we didn't try, and paid no more than 12 euros for an overnight parking stay (payment was per hour)

Cleanliness: The room was dirty. Sheets had hair on them. Towels were just hanged in the bathroom as if someone had already used them (which I don't think was the case, but it was really unpleasant to see). You could clearly see the attention to cleanliness when opening the couch...it seemed the "far west" for the amount of dust and dirt under it. And the cherry on top, the sink was not only dirty, but also clogged (to be fair once we complained they managed to fix it the same day, but the first night and the morning after left a really bad impression on us). The bathtub (shower) was quite dirty as well, as if it wasn't cleaned at all. Comfort: The bed and mattress were ok, relatively comfortable, but the pillows were not. Very light and slim, and you had to use multiple of them or fold them. It would be a cheap upgrade, so please do so and it would change the feeling of comfort by a lot. The couch was not comfortable at all. For an adult it is small (narrow) and uncomfortable. So keep in mind if you plan to sleep on it. Reception: It could happen to everyone, and unpredictable things happen to all of us to ruin the plans. But we had to wait for approximately 45 minutes for someone to show up and bring the keys. Even though we notified about our arrival time in due time. Don't want to count this as big minus, but hopefully it was just an exception and not the rule, hence the note here.
