We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The view and the terrace are amazing. Having private parking and a pool was also convenient.

The apartment was great — and the best part is the spectacular 180 degree view from the terrace, and seeing the water from the living room. Sunrise was beautiful. There was excellent communication with the owner (Diana), especially when she had to warn us, as we were on our way there by bus, that the elevator had broken down. Since we couldn’t possibly lug our heavy suitcases up seven flights (we were in Europe for over two months, so not just little carry-ons!) she and Esme, who met us at the apartment, quickly found two young guys they knew to carry them up for us. Even though the elevator was out for a few days, longer than expected, Diana and Esme were so apologetic — but heavens, it wasn’t their fault! It's how they dealt with it so well that’s important.
The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, and they even started us off very conveniently with some basic staples in the fridge. We didn’t have a car, but everything is so walkable, which is the fun part of being there. We liked the location being close enough for an easy walk to the port and all its restaurants, as well as the beautiful walk the other way along the boardwalk to beachside cafés and the charming historic downtown. We loved Estepona and the apartment suited our needs very well!

The apartment is like the pictures. The view of Gibraltar is magnifique. Can’t find a place to get a better view. Estepona is a perfect location to travel around Costa del Sol. Many good restaurants around or in old Estepona.

The television was old and had no HDMI, we were not able to use our Apple tv. We were supplied with 1 change of bedclothes, for 3 weeks in the heat, there should have been at least 2 extra changes.

We have just returned home from a lovely 4 weeks at this apartment. It's exactly as seen on the booking site. Loved the location, so easy to walk around Estepona. Fabulous views and comfortable furnishings. With a special mention for Silvia who rescued us when I locked my handbag in the apartment. Thankyou. We would happily return.

This is a lovely place to stay. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance including the beachfront. The view from the balcony is perfect. Any place where you can step outside and see the Rock of Gibraltar in the distance is great. (Do yourself a favour and visit Gibraltar. Fantastic day trip.)
The flat is on the 7th floor, no one above, which is nice. It's clean and well-appointed, good heating system should you be traveling during the colder months as we were. That being said, the sun beams into the living room, wonderfully warm and inviting.

Lovely apartment with views out to see. Flat was very clean, light, airy and comfortable although in places the communal areas would benefit from a re-fresh. Temperature was in the low 20's, so really nice for a few days away. There is construction work on the front (Nov 2022 and while not intrusive it does mean you cannot get down to the beach or to walk along the front without walking either to the port or into town.

From the moment of check in with Silvia who explained every detail we needed, to checkout after one week, we cannot recommend highly enough Balcones del Mar. Your every need is catered for. Appliances all in excellent order. The property was immaculate, the aircon VERY welcome. Then there's the location. Perfectly situated between the Marina and the Old Town. Not forgetting the amazing views from the balcony where you can see the Rock of Gibraltar, and even Africa on a clear day. I wouldn't think twice about coming back to the wonderful Estepona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Diana and Adolfo’s condo at Balcones del Mar. Conveniently located with quick access to downtown, the beaches and the port. We have stayed in another property of theirs a couple of times and so it was no surprise that they thought of everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is superb and clean with all day sun. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our two weeks in Estepona and will be back!

Exceptionally clean and well equipped apartment with a breath taking view. The position was ideal - near the harbour and walking distance to the wonderful old town. On arrival we were met by Silvia who was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. She gave us a tour of the gardens and apartment. We had a fantastic week and felt sad to leave.

We sold our apartment in Estepona in December after 16 years, and were a little apprehensive booking to come back as holidaymakers. We needn't have worried, Sylvia emailed her contact details before we arrived and met us at the entrance, showing us around the urbanisation and apartment, which was a really nice touch. The apartment is well maintained and the owner has thought of everything. It was clean, comfortable, and the views just amazing as you see from the photos. We were very impressed with the pool which is set in beautifully maintained gardens, this has to be one of the largest pools near the marina and has the added bonus of sunbeds too.

Everything about this apartment is fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location in great as it is just a short wal to the Marina and to the old town in the opposite direction.It has fantastic views, is impeccably maintained and Diana goes the extra mile in terms of providing everything needed for a comfortable stay e.g. a supply of washing powder and dishwasher tablets. Estepona itself is absolutely heavenly !

Lovely small appartment in a great location, right opposite the sea, so views from the seventh floor were amazing. The place was very clean and has everything you need if you want to cater for yourselves. Really good location for either the beautifull port or the magical old town.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The views are great and it’s a short walk to the beach, the town and the marina. Silvia was very helpful and swift with the check in process and was on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend this property for sure.

Very few English speaking channels on the tv and the sound on the video almost inaudible despite the owner coming to look at it. A shame because it is a nice apartment and if we had been there in the summer it wouldn’t have mattered but for a winter stay it needs improvement

We chose this apartment for the location and good size balcony with amazing sea views, and sun all day. We were not disappointed. It is very well appointed and.comfortable, plus the complex is very secure with good underground parking. Pool area is lovely, but we chose to go to t(e Beach most days.All in all, I would definitely recommend here for a stay in Estepona.
