The location is ideal, especially because it is within walking distance from the Frascati train station and the city center. The restaurants in the area are superb. The interior of the hotel is awesome.

We were traveling for business. We needed wifi in our room, but it was not available. We managed to get wifi by sitting in a reception room to the left of reception, which was okay, but when you travel for business, you really need strong wifi access. It would also be nice if we were told that there was coffee available in the breakfast room and to watch the steps... a ramp might be appropriate.

Location was perfect and the staff were very friendly

The room thermostat did not lower or raise so was very cold when tempts dropped.. no fan in the bathroom, TV very small and too hard to figure out how it works, terrible internet and didn't switch from room to main area.. the bed was hard, the mattress sloped and bug lunp in middle of the bed. Breakfast was the same everyday..a little more variety in the warm department.

Room was spacious and clean. The whole hotel is very well kept and common areas are relaxing and welcoming. Quiet place, perfect for reaching the very centre of Frascati in a 3 min walk.

Staff at reception and rooms were not exactly polite and welcoming Some issue with parking, quite limited, and monopolized by some guests who wildly parked cars. Staff did not intervene and suggested to "sort it out yourself". Not acceptable. Quite limited and stingy breakfast.

Close to town (less than 10 minute walk to town), clean hotel, good comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and approachable.

The location and the view were fantastic

The lift was very old and slow and often blocked by cleaning staff for their equipment. There were steep steps to the entrance of the hotel and parking, though free, was very tight and random. Hotel, though grand, felt run down and in need of some tlc. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Small details, the bed sheets covering were a bit old, rough and hard, we had to put them out the bed for all the time we stayed there. Water comes out from the shower to the floor. The rest all good. Many thanks!

The room wasn’t so clean, the toilet was the worst i could even see dirts. I couldn’t even take my shower because i wasn’t comfortable using the bath room. and also the toilet sit wasn’t properly clean ( it was difficult for me to take a pee )
