Overall, the food was the best part of this hotel. Good butter chicken and naan, and a great breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious. It's comfortable and cozy.

Terrible wi-fi. In this day and age where small two and three star hotels provide fast, dependable wi-fi, i'd expect existing players to match the game. The hotel property itself is old, and it shows in the fittings. Rooms are decently maintained, but overall, it's not value for money. Felt like i was charged a premium.

The food was decent. And the hotel seemed to have all the facilities.

The utilities at the hotel look very old and hence giving the impression of not being fresh.

The location, ambiance, and comfortness are superb.

The restaurant and the buffet could improve. Also, the air conditioning is not up to mark.

room was very old, had no fresh feeling, old furniture, extremely bad electrical switches, broken AC controller and stone age small tv. Lighting was insufficient and dull.

extremely unprofessional. I simply called the hotel number to confirm the booking & lady who reconfirm the booking was extremly extremly rude. May be that's how things work in Gurgaon hospitality. They had no booking details for my reservation & when i shared all details she started getting very impatient.

I wanted the bill for my stay 1 to 14th since it was supposed to reimburse, i had already paid for 1-14 but since i checked in on 2nd they did not gave me the bill for 1st although i had already paid. I made several requests to them to include 1st nov date as well but they did not even listen properly and were rude
