It was very clean and the staff where ok

But unfortunately this is summer and everywhere was very hot 🔥 and there was no even AC or Fan in the room And the family room we where was a little more smaller dose not look like a family room

Hotel for this price very good quality donra service, everything in the best order thank you for a peaceful stay!

A hotel worth recommending

The location was okay. But that become pointless in view of the problems.

Loud banging of a specific door on my corridor at strangely regular intervals, voices in the corridor. Loud male voices quieter female voices. Intervals of 10 to 15 minutes for most of the night.

The rooms and showers were nice. The location was private and we had the top floor. very nice lobby and very nice location. My Fiancée and I needed an escape from our children for one night and this was a perfect place for us.

Not as close to the main downtown and all the restaurants, it was kind of outside of the zone, but if you don’t mind using Lime scooters to get around, it’s not bad for the value.

Localisation.

Room is not isolated from anywhere, there are gaps around the door that even light from hall comes inside. Water pipes from toilet and heaters make a lot of noice, problematic mostly in the night. Towels were not swapped each day. Coffee, tea was never refilled. There are no spoons for coffee/tea to mix sugar. Noone washed nor replaced mugs after use. Floor under bed looked like not vacumed for weeks. Floor was dirty, especially annoying in bathroom. Some furnitures, doors are seriously damaged, overall look is not nice. Most furnitures looks like from different sets, different ages.

5 min walk from the station. Good and realible lift. Spacious room, a bit basic, but this does not really matter. Good wifi.

The location, facilities and everything was comfortable for me . Especially the waitress was an amazing person, like kind and beautiful person.

Was again here. Great location near railway station. Allowed earlier check-in. Simple but nice rooms. All you need for good sleep. Kettle for making hot coffee or tea.

Entry a bit away from reception. Basically, it seems everybody can enter. Hotel should review a bit security concept so that only people who have checked in can go with access card to the rooms.

With Ukranian refugees. Were able to extend our stay twice without any issues

Location and enough outlets

The hotel room was cold when we entered and all windows were opened. But it is winter. We expected to attend warm room. Fortunately, the heating in 15-20 minutes changes situation and the temperature was enough to feel warm

Very helpful and polite staff, the bathroom was the cleanest I have seen the last years, centrally like located
