Le diner était de bonne qualité avec de bons produits et conseils des serveurs. Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec une vue magnifique.

La vue depuis le bungalow était obstruée par les arbres. Heureusement cela n'était pas le cas pour le diner et petit déjeuner. J'avais signalé que c'était notre anniversaire de mariage. Cela aurait été un petit plus qu'une petite attention soit faite.

Unusually beautiful for La Réunion! You are secluded in the green in these small cottages. Everything is in massive wood and the hotel follows an eco friendly philosophy in each and every detail! Very peaceful place!

They were running out of personnel so the service was extremely slow at some moments. Our orange juice and the tea for breakfast were served to us when we were already done with eating…But the staff apologized when we mentioned and offered two out of six breakfasts!

Location and design of the hotel

There is an ongoing construction there. First morning was woken up to the sound of it (new house was constructed only a house apart from us). Staff was really nice, they prevented the same happening on the second one, but in Réunion the only thing you get for disturbed stay is "sorry". They do not even make an attempt to somehow fix it. Sounds weird for a higher class hotel. Pool is not heated, I believe that is a standard on Réunion even at good hotels, so be aware that it is cold.

The Hotel staff was so concentrated on selling you extras that they forgot to take care of you as guests The information provided on nearby Corona virus tests was TOTALLY wrong Charging you for taking a shower in the spa before you get on your night flight is crazy

The lodges are pleasant and comfortable, and spread around some dense vegetation which could make you think you're deep in nature, if you forget the suburban environment, the distant urban views, and occasional urban sounds. The restaurant offers good food

I do not recommend this hotel, it's very expensive for what it is. The rooms are dated and really small, luckily only stayed there for one night. The food was okay but really expensive. We will not be staying there again.

The cabin style in the nature

Where to start? Service and professionalism inexistant: the staff didn’t greet us when arrived, we were not even offered a glass of water. At the bar we had to pick the menu and order ourselves. The next day, after a water supply cut, it took them 1h and 2 phone calls to get a bottle Of water to brush our teeth - no service / no alternatives, they tried to impose a menu at the restaurant whereas there was an à la carte one. The waitress didn’t speak with us, put the menu on the table and brought luck-warm dishes that had to be warmed up twice …. The facilities are run down - dirty broken pool chairs, the spa does not open before Wednesdays, the management does not speak with the customers, it is dirty … a BIG TOURIST TRAP! We even learnt from locals afterwards that no one goes there anymore for the same reasons. You pay the price of a 4 star for not even a 2 star level - terrible service, terrible facilities. Don’t waste your money neither your time there!

Gorgeous surroundings, very relaxing. The room was confortable. Staff was very nice and attentive. We ate at the restaurant and it was excellent. Overall, I recommend staying there!
