easy to reach to Palais Faraj by rental car, on the edge of the Fes old town, so just few steps you will enter to Madina old Fes, the view from Palais Faraj is outstanding to old town beautiful room design & super comfortable magnificent breakfast, fabulous Moroccan restaurant for dinner with local Moroccan bands to play wonderful songs

All the staff I met are very attentive . Had an early dinner there and the food was really good. The bar was also good with live music. And Yes the view from the roof top is second to one in Fes.

Amazing Service, great staff which was so kind! Also the most beautiful hotel I been to, the place is like a museum - the palace itself is just amazing, and full with great art. We stayed first night at a regular suit, and when we asked to extend and they had no room, they were so generous to upgrade us to a better suit which was available. great breakfast! The rooftop bar and restaurant had fabulous views and the food was excellent. The swimming pool was super-clear and relatively unused.

Excellent staff. Stunning views on the old medina from the restaurant on the rooftop terrace. Very nice and big pool area to enjoy at anytime of the day. Extremely convenient location to access the medina and easy to reach by car and taxi.

Decoration of the hotel and the rooms, comfort, view from the restaurant is amazing, and very good service. The breakfast is very good, and the Moroccan specialities in breakfast are certainly the best I've eaten in years: they meet up to the culinary reputation of Fez!

The room is very nice and comfortable. Bathroom is great. Breakfast is excellent and offers a gorgeous view on the medina from the roof top. The staff is quite generous in letting bottles of water. I appreciated to have a welcoming basket a fruits. Location is great. I walked everything. For people who like to walk, no taxi needed.

It was sometimes quite noisy at night. From a door making noise opening and closing all the time. A water drop. Or just people making noise. The worst part of the stay was the network. WiFi only works (poorly) from a corner of the suite. Data network is not really better. I took the "classic Riad suite". It should be advised to check accessibility to the room for people who needs because of steep private stairs to get in the suite. It is also a bit disturbing to have no window in the bedroom. But for the time we spend inside, that is fine.
