Lovely, very spacious house in a great location with all the facilities you need. Well equipped kitchen and utility. Modern downstairs shower room/wc with main bathroom/wc upstairs Off road parking, enough for 3 cars. Very close to the seafront, promenade at the end of the road. Would definitely stay again.

House is a bit dated but can't really complain about that as it was very clean. Could have done with an extra pillow each for the single beds and blackout curtains in all the bedrooms.

Fantastic location. A pleasant walk on the promenade into Bridlington. Parked the car on arrival and it didn't move again until we left. Everything was provided we didn't need half the things we had packed to take with us. Beautiful home from home. I could move in permanently.

Seagulls at 4:30 a.m. :) not much can be done about that. Blackout curtains would have been nice and an extra pillow.

Lovely spacious house, clean and very well appointed. Also, two bathrooms were great for our party of 6.

Plumbing a bit noisy at times, but certainly didn’t spoil our enjoyment 😊
