Las llaves de ducha y las llaves de mano

La ducha caliente.

La limpieza en general del recinto, la higiene de la ropa de cama y el desayuno no era continental.

Nada, nao havia condições de se hospedar, nao tem nada a ver com as fotos q estao no booking, pensamos em nao ficar, mas ja n tinha como cancelar.

O hall de entrada é inacreditável, parecia um imovel em reforma, um sofa logo na entrada sem assentos com um cachorro enorme deitado, poeira, madeiras encostadas, um absurdo!!

Everyone there was really friendly. They accommodated our very late check in without any dramas. Breakfast was good. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The hostel was really secure. It’s a good location, central to the town centre and you can walk to the beachfront.

The communal areas were run down and no longer really maintained for guests. The room was cold, but there was plenty of bedding available.

The location was very good. Right at downtown

Not very cleaned, the bathroom were kind of dirty and smelled very bad due to the drain pipes.

Such a great place to stay when visiting La Serena! The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets. The courtyard is lovely with flowers and birds. Breakfast was simple but did the trick, and the staff were so nice and attentive. (Ask about taking the bus up to Punta de Choros to see the Humbolt penguins!) The rooftop deck is awesome for BBQs and jam sessions too! Definitely recommend!

The only inconvenient thing was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked at all when we were there (hardly any plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc.)

The owner was very helpful and organized that we can take a public bus to Caleta Chañaral and after arriving directly a boot for whale watching - The hostel allowed us to store our luggage before we checked in. So we could do a trip to Valle de Elqui without the big backpacks - The location is very good (near to the center and also near to the bus terminal)

Kitchen was a bit dirty all the time. The owner cleaned it, but it was still not clean (for sure it is also the guests' fault) - Price was very high compared to other hostels in South America and to other places in Chile as well (to be fair, all Hostels in La Serena are overpriced) - Price/Value is just not good. With booking we got a better fare, but it was still very high. The normal prices if you book there are horrendous. For that price all has to be perfectly clean for example.
