Nice traditional hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, good breakfast. Very accommodating place.

The bathroom was a little ropey and we were right opposite a supermarket which meant a lot of noise from early in the morning.

There were too much noise of kids running arround the hotel in the afternoon. The room was smaller than we expected.

There were a couple of cockroaches on the bathroom, although that’s understandable due to the location. Also, there was no mirror nor trash bin inside the room, which I think are necessary.

Staff were really helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the bath was great. We had breakfast delivered to the bedroom which was a nice change.

Used the affiliated spa and massage service next door and it was a very uncomfortable experience.

The staff tried exceptionally hard. They were friendly and hard working. The location was good as only a few minutes walk to the main square. The breakfast was simple but good.

Our rooms were terrible. Nothing like the photos. We prebooked 2 double rooms and as we were the last to arrive we were given 2 tiny cells. There was no natural ventilation only a window onto an internal courtyard that had to stay closed for security. There was mould in the room and the bathroom was really mouldy. The bathroom was so small you had to sit on the loo sideways. We are small people as well. There was a safe but it was broken. There was nowhere to put any clothes, not even a clothes hook on the wall. We paid around £50 a night and thought it poor value. I think the upstairs rooms were better but already full. Unless they can guarantee you a decent room I would not recommend this hotel.

Very little English, hotel was a bit weird with breakfast that takes a long time to make,and in the evening the main door closes and we needed to knock and wait every time for the guy in the reception to let us in
