The cottage is comfortable and very clean, has everything you need for self catering holiday and is very private. The surrounding area is full of surprises and things to do and there is such peace at night time you can relax and get a great sleep. The land lady is very friendly and accommodating and left a starter pack for the fire and offered to use her dryer if we needed to dry our clothes after the rain.

A very comfortable cottage with all new and up to date facilities with everything you need available for your stay. Located in a nice area and the hosts were very helpful throughout our time there. It was at a good price as well compared to other properties in the area. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this part of Roscommon.

The place was lovely and spotless clean. Hosts were helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Location is great, close to the lakes, however a bit far away from the shop so better be prepared with the food supply :) Beautiful quiet place surrounded by trees where you can relax.

There was an issue with the shower which need to be fixed.

Lovely cottage, nice spacious rooms and good location. Close to lough key forest Park.

There was a lack of good knives and cooking utensils. When we turned the fan in kitchen on there was a smell of smoke and turf in the sitting room.

House was great . Very cosy house . Would recommend this house to anyone

Gorgeous, renovated cottage oozing with character & an ideal location to explore nearby Lough Key, Boyle and neighbouring counties of Sligo and Leitrim. The house is very comfortable and Trish is a wonderful, friendly host on hand if anything is needed. We are really looking forward to returning as we have so many more places to explore in the area. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed for a few days break. The setting was lovely. Very close to Lough Key Forest park where we had a wonderful time. Trish and Kieran both really helpful.

The location is a peaceful country lane. It's nice to have a full kitchen and be able to cook your meals.

It took a while to get the house warm enough that it was comfortable. But once we figured out how to work the stove it got nice and toasty.
