Bad expereince... The staff is not co-operative.

Servie is too poor. Waiting a too much at recipetion for bill clearnance. almost one hour....... Thank God we catch our flight.After check out we got a call in evening that your stay is continue/.... That means there is no system in the hotel...

The reception staff was efficient and alert. The rooom had a good view. The price was reasonable.

Although the location is close to the metro station, there was water accumulation at the hotel entrance. The parking arrangement was not satisfactory. Our room and toilet both were smelly. We stayed just for the night so we managed. But this hotel won't be comfortable for a longer stay

Horrible experience about service. Even the balance money was not refunded at the desk despite repeated reminders. Finally said that dont have the change. Service quality horrible. For tea bags had to ring up five times. Very bad experience.

Cordial behavior of the staff, room was cleaned.

Old fittings in rooms and bathrooms. water was sipping out of room floor all over. House keeping is aware of. Room 269. There needs to be a shower carton since water after bath goes everywhere on the bath room floor which makes it slippery.

Breakfast was okayokay . Could add few more options like milk, fruits juice , bread and butter, egg as not every individual (including myself) fancy fried and spicy food . Location was perfect, not too far from the main city and nearer to airport.

I am very disappointed with the level of cleanliness in bathroom of my room. Please allocate a proper dormitory for the drivers who come along your guest. Many of these drivers come from more than 600km 700km to Lucknow, then they drive back next day. Be human to them. Apart from location this hotel is not worth staying.
