Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond et la chambre principale dispose de la climatisation (fonctionnement à pièces), ainsi que d'une salle de bains. La deuxième salle de bain comprend une douche avec WC et lavabo.
La cuisine est très bien équipée et dispose de beaucoup d'espace de travail pour la préparation. Elle dispose des équipements suivants : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, frigo-congélateur, plaque vitrocéramique et beaucoup d'ustensiles pour satisfaire les plus enthousiastes des chefs. De l'autre côté de la cuisine, vous avez une zone gazonnée avec un jacuzzi, un canapé et quelques plantes. Il s'agit d'un espace de plein air qui vous permet de profiter du soleil ou de regarder les étoiles la nuit, tout en profitant du jacuzzi dans le climat parfait qu'offre Lanzarote.
En sortant de la cuisine, vous arrivez dans le salon. Comme tout le reste de la propriété, le salon a un thème africain. Le mobilier africain en bois se marie très bien avec les appareils modernes. Il y a un grand téléviseur LCD 130cm avec un excellent choix de chaînes internationales (y compris films et sports), lecteur DVD (DVD non fournis) et pour votre plaisir d'écoute un excellent système de sonorisation. La villa dispose également d'une connexion Internet WIFI illimitée et gratuite.
En sortant du salon, vous accédez à la terrasse ensoleillée plein sud, qui offre une vue sur la mer et en particulier sur le phare de Playa Blanca. La terrasse a une belle table en pierre et dispose de 6 chaises longues très confortables et d'un barbecue de style canarien, ce qui est parfait pour dîner en plein air et regarder le coucher de soleil. La terrasse ensoleillée donne également sur la piscine chauffée qui dispose d'un espace pour bronzer sur les chaises longues. La terrasse dispose d'une pergola avec éclairage intégré, parfaite pour les repas en plein air à tout moment de la journée. Juste à côté du barbecue, il y a une porte menant à un escalier séparé qui mène à la terrasse sur le toit, cette zone est gazonnée et propose un grand espace incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et Fuerteventura.
La Villa Graciosa est située dans le quartier résidentiel de Montana Roja, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la fabuleuse plage de Playa Flamingo, qui possède également un éventail de boutiques, de restaurants et de bars. De là, vous pouvez vous balader le long de la nouvelle promenade menant aux bateaux dans le vieux port, puis dans le centre de Playa Blanca. Une fois au centre, vous trouverez encore plus de restaurants, de bars et de magasins.

The villa was very clean on arrival (although we did keep finding plastic yellow ball bearings from a toy gun around the place).
The welcome pack of basic essentials, including beer and wine was a nice touch.
The roof terrace is excellent with great views and it's the kind of thing that makes you want to live out here longer term!
The pool was lovely and warm and had the sun all day, although it's the first we've had a pool with sloped sides all round the bottom.
The bbq grill level can be raised by a handle to adjust how close the food is to the heat, which was really good. You will need to hold it in place though otherwise gravity drops it back down. Top tip, use a 5L bottle of water to 'lock' the handle.
The owners, or at very least the family looking after the property, live below / behind the property and were quickly on hand to help out or answer any questions in person.
The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with useful equipment that you’ve have in a house that’s ‘lived in’ rather than just a holiday let.
The pictures in the advert for the villa are how it actually is (Sept 2023) with the exception of the day bed by the pool that wasn't there.
The air conditioning is only available by coin payment. This should have been more obvious in the listing rather than a bracketed section in the description because the list of main features doesn't mention it.
In a post COVID world where generally cash is used much less, let alone coins, this was a pain to keep feeding the meter.
There's a tablet that apparently has information about the villa and the local area but it didn't work and no amount of turning it off and on again was going to fix it.
The WhatsApp number on the printed sheet in the kitchen for the management company went unanswered.
Overall, I’d recommend this villa but it’s likely to suit families rather than a couple looking for a luxury experience. We were a family.

The villa was fab. It was clean when we arrived, we loved the welcome pack and how easy it was to find the villa, instructions from Villas Now before we arrived were so clear and helpful. When we got there the bed in the master bedroom was broken but this was sorted out straight away and our in resort contact was really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and we all loved it (2 adults with 2 21 year olds and a 17 year old) and the pool table. We would definitely recommend this villa if you like a quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the resort centre (it was a bit of a trek but the bus is cheap if you don't want to walk too much!)
The tablet which was in the villa to find information didn't work but it didn't spoil our holiday but may have been useful. I did miss having a mirror in any of the bedrooms for getting ready and it would have been nice if the firepit worked - we only managed to light it once.

Everything! It was clean, had everything we needed, had lots of space. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating, the pool was warm, the pool table on the roof was fun, the hot tub was an added luxury and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, bars and restaurants and also for a base to explore the island in our hire car. We had a great time.

This is a really amazing villa, probably one of the best we have stayed in Playa Blanca. Very well equipped, super clean and spacious. We have stayed here before and the recent updates make what was already a great villa, amazing! The furnished roof terrace really is a brilliant addition. The location is peaceful and quiet and only a short 10 minute stroll (if that) to Flamingo Beach and a further 10 minutes to the main town. The ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated, particularly as we arrived late and all the shops were closed. Quick and easy correspondence and the booking experience was stress free and efficient. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back (again)

Location was good, just 10/15 mins to walk into Playa Flamingo. Well equipped villa, all you need in the kitchen, board games and we made lots of use of the pool table and hot tub.
The tv package was useful for the cooler evenings in November. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa.
No gas in the fire pit on the roof terrace which was a shame (may be this was a chargeable extra). The layout is a little disjointed but fine for adults. Better sunbeds would be nice.

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Graciosa which was our 2nd visit to this villa and the updates that have been completed are fantastic. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
Our first visit was in 2020 during the Pandemic and the area was extremely quiet. The downside of the semi-detached villa is that you are very close to neighbours and if you are looking for complete privacy and peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. That was the only downside for us at this property. However, overall we had a great stay and the views from the roof terrace are amazing and this is a great space to sit with a G&T and relax.

Amazing
We have just returned from the most wonderful week at Villa Graciosa! It had 3 very spacious bedrooms, sitting room and two bathrooms! The kitchen also had everything we needed and it was so clean! Any queries we had were answered very efficiently and the lady we dealt with was so lovely! The pool was spotless and the rooftop area was fantastic with the most beautiful views! 10/10 cannot wait to return!

Very enjoyable stay
Accomodation really suited us and the location whilst not central was absolutely fine as we rented bikes (I'd reccomend this). Really nice place to stay and would like to go again.
We had an issue with the swimming pool and whilst Sally from villasnow was very responsive and helpful the pool cleaner was not and was rude.

The nearest supermarket is approximately 400 meters, that is situated within a hotel complex, which only stocks basics.
It should be made clear that a car is essential for larger shopping trips!!

Beautiful Villa, spotlessly clean, excellent location. We couldn't fault this villa, the whole experience from booking to the trip was faultless. We have used Villas now on all our Lanzarote trips and have already rebooked with them again for our next one. Brilliant.

We have just had a 10 day holiday in Villa Graciosa and it has been thoroughly enjoyable. A very well equipped villa with a beautiful totally private roof terrace for evening drinks with a sea view. It is an unusual time in Lanzarote as it is so quiet but we felt very safe everywhere we went and had a great holiday. Jason & Sally were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay at Villa Graciosa. We will be returning in January and again later next year !

Property is listed as a Villa, but should really be classed as an apartment, with a pool, as there are people living underneath, there is also another property attached.
Not very private when by the pool, can be seen from next door and the road.
Very unclear if there is off-road parking at the property or not.
It IS a spacious property and was quite clean, but we wouldn’t personally stay there again, as we felt that it was quite expensive for what we got.

Several lights in and around the property not working, garden/pool not very well lit at night. Pool area not at all private, gate needs to be coveredblocked from view of street and rear wall, the walkway to Villa del Sol is only a few feet high and pool area is very exposed as a result. Thought property description as a villa rather misleading as there are people living underneath the property and prospective renters should be aware of this and also that the property is semi detached, not detached as photographs may indicate. Wi Fi info out of date.

Lovely Villa, will definately return
I've just returned from a relaxing 10 day stay with a friend in this beautiful villa and will definitely return. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance from Flamingo Beach with a couple of supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. If you want to venture further afield, it is easy and cheap to get a taxi to the centre of Playa Blanca (although you can walk there in about 25-30 min.) I would also recommend going to Marina Rubicorn which is about a 15 min. taxi journey away. It's a beautiful waterfront location with shops and restaurants and a market on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings.
The villa itself has all the facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We decided to pay extra for the Hot tub and this was definitely worth it to add a little extra luxury and indulgence! The "pay as you go" Air Con system works well, as we only wanted to use it in the evenings. On arrival there was a "welcome pack" with some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks which provided a nice touch. The only recommendation I have is in relation to the towels and bed linen. It would be good if it can be replaced once a week, especially if you're staying for more than a week.
I will definitely return to this Villa and will also recommend it to friends.

Parking was easy and with the main LZ2 road a short drive away, we were able to get to all of the sights of interest without any problems.
The villa company were easy to deal with and were very helpful on the few questions we had prior to arriving as our trip took place over Christmas. We rarely go to the same place twice but are planning to visit here again and look forward to finding dates where this villa is available would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family.
