Room was clean

Wires all fouled up in full view, door was a sloppy fit in door frame, hardware on door worn out. The whole place was abit tired, but nothing that a good new boss couldn’t fix, I got the impression that the staff was just going thru the routine Breakfast was a bit screwed up too

The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and new.

The pool area was on the small size and the water cold.

The stay was overall excellent I enjoyed the bed and the tv was nice clear picture with was worth the money ig the breakfast could definitely be better .but other that that it was fine

I was supposed to be given a room with 2 beds.. 2x this happened.. And it was so late i had to make my kids who are 3 and 1 yr old.. A bed on the floor.. No curtains in the room.. I had alot of money taken out of my account over and over.. Almost $320 for a one night stay.. Not happy at all.. The manager would only speak to me on speaker phone and then set up a time to meet me later at the hotel to discuss my bill and he refused to show up and come talk to me.. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB..

The pillows and bed.

The vending machines were full of old, stale,out of date snacks. I waisted $10 dollars in the vending g machine. The breakfast wasn't ready and the fruit was spoiled that was sitting out.

not clean. charged $30 a piece for pets. when I called to get pricing on there pet policy they put me on hold for 10 mins and then didn’t answer the questions. They then said don’t walk the dogs in the back as they had aggressive raccoons

Not a major issue, but did interrupt our sleep. Our room was right by elevator and it made a really loud ding noise every time someone used it. All hours of the night. We dealt with it, but gave a recommendation to see if they could at least turn the sound down a little bit. The front desk lady said they would check into it. No biggie.

Room smelled horrible - like smoke Person checking in was on the phone the whole time and rude Mold growing on the air vent Giant spider in room Carpets tattered and gross Hallway in itself was tattered, paint chipping, carpet ripped Breakfast was inedible, sausage was a grey color, yogurt purchased from Walmart and they served Little Debbie’s? Area to eat in was dirty and unattended. We left.
