Nice and clean place. Easy to find, not very far from east gate to the park. Also want to say much thanks to Rebecca, she is doing really great job for tourists. Every morning Rebecca drove us to the entrance of the park, she gave us a map and helped us to understand how we should spend our time in the huge park territory. We were happy to meet you, Rebecca!

Rebecca was amazing and made us feel at home. She could speak English very well and she was always ready to help. Even every day she gave us a ride to our destination inside the city. This accommodation quite exceeded my expectations.
The room was big enough and clean, we had comfortable bed as well.
I will definitely stay there for my future trips.

I had an incredible stay here, it was perfect for my visit to Zhangjiajie! The place is in a great location to be able to access the National Park and the Glass Bridge Grand Canyon nearby. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and contain everything you need. The neighbourhood was quiet and was very safe. Our host, Rebecca, is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She helped us with so much, such as booking tickets, suggesting an itinerary and providing tips, arranging transportation and getting breakfast, and goes above and beyond!

Rebecca was the perfect host! she booked our tickets for us for the attractions, and even gave us a lift into town. she was very knowledgable and we loved learning from her. Breakfast was excellent! the property was very clean, beds comfortable, and location was perfect for access to the main Zhangjiajie forest park attractions and Grand Canyon.

The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Rebecca, the hostess, is very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of extra time to help customers, like driving us to bus stations, delivering luggages, etc.

The owners are extra nice. They help us a lot planning our trip. They speak English which is very convenient.

Rebecca and Tony were both really welcoming, friendly and helpful! The room and guesthouse was really clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with added little touches like beautiful paintings on the walls, great hair dryer and bottles of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, use of washing machine. We were really impressed with the bathroom - best shower ever - and the beds were really comfortable with cosy blankets for the cooler nights. The location is also hard to beat, with only a 5 minute to the entrance of the national park, and a short walk to good food and the main road in town. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is very good nice location.
Mr.Tony is very good speak in English which is very import in such location and he gave the complete guideline for tour with right way plan to save your time.
Also note, Hunan province normal people does not speak and understand the english or any other language so you have need very strong helpful man like Mr.Tony, So this is best decision to Stay Easy hotel with Tony.
If need Tony arrange the pick up & drop facilites to Airport in any time.
Breakfast is regular traditional Chines food.
