House is not clean, smells and not in condition to be rented.
Hey, house is totally not in condition to rent. lots of issues with the house.
Dishwasher is smelling. Smelling Disgusting. dishwasher top rack is broken.
Ice in refrigerator smells bad.
Both Couch are dirty.
Floor is dirty.
Not enough paper & bathroom towels.
Don't expected this for so much money.

Getaway
It was very spacious beautiful house but as for cleaning the house needs cleaning dirty plates ,dirty pillow cases, where the tv is there was alot of dust in the living room, the remotes had no batteries at all the window had a big coffe stain, the grilled was disgusting like if they never cleaned it before i had to do cleaning my self in order to use it. it also states there will be gas for the grilled there was no gas I had to go out to Walmart to fill the gas tank. the communication with Management was horrible I messaged him on arrival because I notice the sink was leaking and even after him reading my messages no answer I had to continuously change a large bowl under the sink. also was told there was a surround system and when asked all i was told was no loud music after 9 but no information on where one was in the house.We were also never provided with the attractions tickets. The game room is not how it looks in the pictures...

Kids were disappointed with the game room...
Nice place, kitchen table too large for the kitchen...was never informed about the pass code to get in. I tried contacting the phone number listed to no avail. Luckily I’ve rented in the past and know that other realtors use phone numbers as pass codes.

This was my first time using a rental home website to book a vacation for our family and I was lucky to find such a beautiful place. It was right near the ski resort and the home was very spacious and comfortable. Will book again when we are in the Poconos. Thank you.

House is misleading and Manger was horrible
I have used Homeaway every year for our Family reunion and so far, we did not experience anything like what we did 2019. I have never made a complaint before but the Manager was out of line. No hot water in any of the bathroom faucets, house was incredibly dusty and a couple of people had bad allergies and slept in the livingroom because of it. There were several towels that were stained and the coffee pot still had coffee in it and dirt from the last guest who stayed. Some of the sheets, what it seemed haf blood stains on them and the comforters were ratty with tears and also huge dark spill stains on them. Additionally the arcade room foosball table was destroyed and left on the property with exposed nail heads for our children to pick up from the floor and broken wood just laying around it. The cleaning lady Gerri came to the property after our third night stay and just removed the sheets and comforters from the property. The family that owns these properties are oversees in india and the son was left to run the properties which was a big mistake. This could have been such and easy fix if the property owner would have just sent in someone to reclean the property while we were out during activities we scheduled and remove the foosball table, but he was just absent and sent me text messages that he knew the property was in disarray but it's a beautiful home. We asked for a refund of any sort due to the bedsheets we purchased including new coffee pot.
We cleaned the property better than it was left for us and then left a day early due to the conditions. Please message me for the pictures to prove this is not a false Statement. Additionally we notified Homeaway that this listing should be removed from their site since the pictures were misleading and the management of the home was terrible. The living room and kitchen are literally collided together, you have no room to walk around the common area with more than 8 people around. Run run run from this listing.

Lovely home for a large group
We have been coming to the Poconos for years and this is one of the nicest places we ever stayed. Kitchen is well stocked, everything was very clean. Love that towels and sheets are provided and we don't have to drag them along. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice, well stocked, modern home
For our annual mlk weekend with friends this house was close to Big Boulder resorts. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very clean as well as stocked with soap. The photos were somewhat deceiving down stairs having 3 rooms share a jack n jill bath. We too had an issue with the front door code and the property manager was INSTANTLY helpful.

Xmas vacation
The home was nice but we thought it was a lot bigger the living room and kitchen was small for so many people but overall our vacation was a success. and when will our deposit be refunded

Beautiful mountain home
We had a great experience and enjoyed our weekend away with friends. We had a couple little hiccups with the outdoor grill and front door keyless entry but these were minor issues and didn't impact our overall stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances and utensils and the bedrooms were all very nice sizes. The lake club that we had access to with our stay was a wonderful amenity that we truly enjoyed!

good location!
The house was very nice and modern. It was stocked with many things to make it a comfortable stay. Mills made sure our passes were at the beach club for our use. (Be sure to take advantage of the beach club, by the way, as it was a lot of fun for us and the kids.) The beds were super comfortable, and the mattresses felt very high end.
Cons: We didn't have enough towels and sheets the first night, but that was rectified immediately the next morning. Also, the upstairs got very warm, but if you turned on the A/C, the basement got very cold. Tough to make everyone happy. And my mother-in-law had a snafu with the door lock when she first arrived, but again, Mills was very responsive and fixed it right away.
Overall, we would indeed recommend it to others.

Very nice modern property
Overall house is in a nice area, it’s beautiful very modern and equipped with everything you would possibly need. Mills is very cooperative and helpful. Only thing I would say is the tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work (no cable), but other than that everything else was perfect. Would recommend to others.
