Very atmospheric and historical hotel, and good price

Everything was perfectly adequate. Only one small quibble. See below.

The shower head in the shared shower facility had a broken screw so it couldn't be fixed high enough to shower.

the shared shower was dirty, but I went in knowing it might be. So it’s not too big of a deal

The room is fine. Very small (especially for 100 per night), but fine. Shower is clean, bed is fine. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was strange. Some of the cutlery was not clean, which is strange even for a cheap hostel and definitely not acceptable for the hotel with 100 per night price.

Locality is really good

The most expensive breakfast what i know from Bambergs hotel (same prize category). Dirty bathroom on our one room. No room service. On breakfast is necessery go to reception for refilling juice. Small variability of breakfast.

Hotel Location was good . Room was very spacious. Breakfast was not included.

There was no contact with the reception after 2pm.

Room on street was noisy due to late night partying on weekend. Rooms tight and needed updating. Breakfast was convenient but okay. When checking in during reception times, no one was there at desk. Had to call to get keys.

I loved the location, the room was immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. The location was very close to good restaurants, within easy walking distance of the old town, and easy walking distance from the train station.

My only disappointment was that breakfast was advertised as being included but in the end had been discontinued due to covid and was not available. No one was present at the reception desk except for a short period of time one morning. All went well though.

This hotel does not provide guess suitcase keeping service. So you have to bring your suitcase with you or keep your suitcase in other service center.
