Fabulous apartment in a great location.
Just tucked away a short walk from the beach this apartment ticks all the boxes for a family holiday and I would say friends or just couples too.
The apartment itself has all you need for a get away in the sunshine. A lovely sun terrace and shared pool in a very well kept complex. There is plenty of crockery if you choose to stay in but with so many fabulous restaurants close by you really do need to explore the area.
Walk to the beach and turn right, you’ll find the port with plenty of bars and nightlife. Turn left and you find Spain at it’s best, fantastic local food and families enjoying the beach late into the night.
Ronny was great at responding to messages and on hand should you need anything. We didn’t need much as we had all we needed there.
We have been to this area of Spain before snd will definitely return again.

Tolle Wohnung für 4 Personen
Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen optimal. 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Die wirklich sehr große Terrasse ist wirklich sensationell.
Die Bezüge der Stühle und der Liegen könnten so wie der schöne große Gasgrill etwas sauberer sein. Alles andere an der Wohnung ist sehr positiv. Der große Tisch auf der Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Spielen. Der Pool in der Anlage ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Mietwagen hat seinen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage, von der man mit dem Fahrstuhl in das Treppenhaus kommt.
Wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die wir sofort wieder buchen würden. auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank

Fabulous everything (Location, property, grounds, atmosphere)
Second time we have used a private apartment booking service, and for us it was perfect.
The apartment was spotless, had all the usual mod cons, and was generally very well appointed throughout. There was even a gas BBQ provided which was brilliant and our children love a barbeque.
The location is pretty much 10 minutes maximum from everywhere, be that the beach (never overcrowded, wide and mainly sandy), the supermarkets (3 within easy walking distance), and the harbour/marina (many bars/resteraunts and good times).
The apartment is situated in a nice quiet area, and the property faces out onto a lovely pool area which is well maintained, and during our time there was never so busy you couldn't find a space to set out your loungers (also included).
We came back to Duqeasa looking for a relaxed, chilled out holiday, where we could spend our days with the children playing in the pool and walking around the area. We've gone home sad to leave, but with big smiles as we had the perfect time.
We'll be back soon for sure.
The owner Ronnie, was also brilliant. Very good communications, easily accessible and couldn't do enough to help us. If we could imrpove just one thing, it would be better access to English channels on the TV at night. Although we were able to use Netflix easily via the included Chromecast, it would have been great to be able to watch the odd news program. A very small detail, and actually we did feel completely away from home life by not having this.
No hesistation in recommending, we'll certainly be returning in the near future.

Modern, clean and well equipped apartment
This was a lovely apartment. It was so nice to arrive at it after a long day travelling. Instantly we felt at home, the apartment was all ready cooled by the air conditioning and ready for us to collapse in.
The beds were tremendously comfortable, thanks to the pillow top mattresses. I find beds can make or break a holiday and these beds made sure we slept well each night.
The wifi works wonderfully, and we were able to make video Skype calls without any issues. The kitchen was well equipped and we even enjoyed a BBQ, thanks to the outdoor grill.
The outdoor area was a great size, much bigger than most other apartments in the complex thanks to it being an end apartment. This meant there was room to lie out in the sun.
The pool was lovely. It was never too busy at the pool as most guests often just stayed for a few hours at a time. So although there was a constant flow of people there, it was never too busy.
Finally Ronny, the owner, was really helpful. The communication was great and his recommendations really appreciated. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again, and I intend to do just that.

After a long search I found this great apartment. We stayed her for two weeks. Very clean, helpful and very friendly owner. We are coming back next year if possible no doubt about it!!! This apartment diserves a recommendation for anyone who would like a nice holiday with everything nearby!

We stayed here for 14 days in July and it is a great apartment! I think it was even better than the pictures, large and relatively new apartment with a large terrace. Child friendly. Nice area.

Ett mycket bra boende med nästan alla moderna bekvämligheter man kan begära. Lägenheten och området är nästan helt nytt.Pool på området. Allt är fint och välskött. Gångavstånd ner till stan. Många fina golfbanor inom 10-15 min.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet som är modernt möblerad och saknar inget av bekvämlighet. Nära till många bra golfbanor, affär, resturanger, pool och havet. Jag kan starkt rekomenderar detta boende för alla från par till barnfamiljer.
