really value for money. the room is nice with a kitchen and private bathroom. nothing to complain especially about the price.
i am a bit confused about how to collect the key. when I was at the front door of the building (the address), I could not find a door ring to tell the host (the light on the 2nd floor is on and I guess the host is living there). i could only message the hotel through bookings. fortunately, he came downstairs and opened the door for me. if there could be a door ring, it would be much better. it was cold when I was waiting outside without knowing whether the message could work immediately.

Noisy. Close to front door can hear people till late at night. No toilet paper or tea and coffee. Duvets too small for bed.

A huge space with more facilities than we needed, a well-connected location, quick check-in, a friendly host who gave us a great tip for a local restaurant, clean, comfortable, no problems with Wi-Fi and a great option for business travellers who will find there also a desk to work from and a fully equipped kitchen.
We were more than happy with our one-night stay as we had a flight early in the morning from DUS. The property has a good connection to the airport, although it might be a bit further from the centre for people whose main goal is to visit the city. A couple of tea bags or an instant coffee in the kitchen would make this place a definite 10.

Size of the place is ok. To have a kitchen in the facility is an advantage. Location is great.
Kitchen equipment are old and not useful. Bed, pillow and duvet are not comfortable enough. We have booked for 2 adults and 1 child but we had only 2 pillow, duvet etc.
