Lovely and clean, spacious and well equipped. Nice location a few minutes drive from Clifden yet a pretty rural road.
Could do with another sofa or a couple of armchairs, there is only one sofa for a possible 6 people. Also the pillows could do with being bigger and fluffier and the biggest towels weren’t really bath sized.

The location was perfect for touring. The house had everything we needed. Sitting room on second level with beautiful countryside views was a real bonus. Lovely walk down a lane to feed the horses.

Spacious rooms; all bedrooms en suite and showers were great; great communication from the host; kitchen well stocked with utensils etc and very clean / modern; house was cosy; area, was very quiet with good outdoor space and worked well for our family including dog.
The beds - in all rooms - mattresses need changed, some rooms had no mattress protectors, need new pillows.

Excellent house, plenty of room, large bedrooms all with ensuite. Lovely views. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was fixed within hours
Its a shame because the house itself is beautiful but needs a little more attention to detail. Towels very small and thin, no mattress protector on downstairs bed, no pillow protectors, poor quality pillows, some lacking any stuffing, stained carpets, mismatched crockery and not enough (only one side plate, five mugs, 4 mismatched wine glasses, two champagne glasses - should be enough for six) ripped tablecloth, chains coming off the bottom of the blinds. But the main issue is that the photo shown on the website is not the property you actually stay in. There is no outside space apart from the car park. There are about 12 properties in all none with a garden, so it is not as secluded as it looks. It can get a bit noisy if the other properties are occupied.

Superb communication with Stephen. All possible needs were catered for our stay including a warm welcome to our family dog which was important for us.

Great town house over 3 floors with plenty of en-suites and towels. Clean and tidy. Liked being able to walk down the lane and feed the horses. Our dog was very content in the house and it’s in a quiet, safe location.
We really liked our stay but I felt the kitchen needed a few pots and pans so we could make dinner. Just a small minor thing!

The quality of the accommodation was excellent. The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious, well furnished and all en-suite. There was a large open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge area with beautiful views to the sea. A pleasant short walk down a country lane, past horses in a field, brought you to a rocky shore.
Because the living room is on the first floor there is no access to the garden and nowhere, other than the front door parking space, to sit outside during fine weather. It is too far from Clifden for walking, part of the road is narrow with no footpath. There were also some minor inconveniences which can be easily remedied such as, not enough dishes, glasses etc. no instructions on how to work appliances and more importantly no fire blanket or fire extinguisher. The standard lamp cable was also disconnected from lamp.

Location was great; the three bedrooms all were ensuite and had great views. The views out of the combined living room/dining room/kitchen on the first floor were wonderful. Overall very well appointed holiday home, very clean and very comfortable. The little oven for a fire is a real bonus if the weather isn't as warm as one might hope (Irish Summers ...).
Kitchen equipment incl. pans and pots etc were sufficient for simple cooking; baking equipment or casserole for the oven is not supplied.
We really liked the generous size but were surprised that the holiday home is a terraced townhouse in a set of about 6 - the pictures on the site are accurate but somewhat misleading.

great location very comfortable and clean nice living space with views to hill and sea 4 mins drive to Clifden town kitchen well equipped pet friendly 3 bathrooms one with bath with over head shower other two have shower trays ( one with electric shower) other two have pumped showers layout of house no 4 seperate bathroom with shower and bed room with 2 single beds and second bedroom double bed with en suite showerdownstairs kitchen and living room on the first floor double bedroom and bathroom with shower on 2nd floor
small issue but unusually for the west of ireland temperatures reqched 28/29 degrees so house was very warm and due to child safety locks been fitted on windows could only open them to 50mm so unable to let fresh air in
no garden just gravel parking space outside the house the complex could be better described it is 2 blocks of town houses 4 in one block and the block we stayed in which comprised 3 townhouses so not just one house so will hear other guests talking etc . We were able to sit outside our front door to enjoy the sunshine or cool down when house got too warm

Fabulous location, lovely grounds. Comfortable, clean,well equipped house with great views. All 3 bedrooms ensuite. Only a short drive into Clifden. We had our elderly dad with us and he loved walking on the grounds and meeting the lovely friendly horses. Very dog friendly location too which was great for us. Scenery in this area was worth the visit but we look forward to coming back again when businesses open up.
