Noise cars on the street to fast trafiqe

Reaction time from the owner was quite good. We arrived on Saturday but one set of bed sheet for the sofa bed was missing. So we wrote to the host about this and the sheets were brought to us next day even it was Sunday. Location is also very good. Almost directly across the street is Amfiteatr, which is holding live concert almost every night during the summer. The good thing of the apartment is it's quite sound proof when you close all the windows: The "noise" level is quite low when windows closed.

The internet is not working properly. Sometimes you do have internet connection, but most of the time, the internet speed is so slow that even Youtube is not working. This was reported to the owner but obviously there's nothing they can do. So basically the whole week we had to live on the 4G net from cellphone. Booking the underground garage is not possible with them although it says it's possible to book a parking spot on the booking.com page.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were exceptional. The swimming pool was also very nice, convenient to use, and clean.

Nothing to complain about.

3L Apartment Host was very good, always on time and checking with guests about arrival and departure time. The Apartment was nice and everything we needed was available. Very good the complementary nespresso.

The size of the apartment was too little for 4 people and a pet, the location above the main entrance due to high noise level by people going in &out the property not desirable . Amenities with in the hotel needed to be booked additional, wished we were informed more in detail about acess and e.g. more-usage card pool etc., a map with supermarkets would be very handy and where to withdraw money (normal exchange conditions)
