VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
Had rung up the given contact number one day earlier
Had conveyed our arrival time that we will be arriving at 1 pm. THE ANSWER WAS "SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM COME !
Next day when we reached we were told ""Your rooms are no longer available ". Renovation was also going on! One of the staff member took us to a nearby hotel Highway Inn which was not up to our liking but we had no choice as no other hotel nearby was available.

There was nothing to like this hotel.
After our booking Confirmed they told us room not available.
Wasted our time.

Was just a few feet from the market so everything available around.
Room was in a bad shape, walls chipping. There was a huge spider and many creepy crawlies but had to stay a night and was really tired so didn't have energy to move to another place. Towel provided was so old and harsh. Bedsheet had holes all over. If i had to stay another night, i would have definitely not continued.

Their attitude is at peak because of On Season.Their Manager does not have a proper way of talking.Not recommended at all.There are so many hotels near by you can check them out.They are cheaper and better than this

Hotel manager Mr Rakesh was very polite and humble. Property was on very prime and convenient location at mall road. Hassle free booking and check out. Hotel food was also good. 2 mins walking from bus stand

Awesome hotel near the mall road.
Staffs were very co operative and everything was perfect in our 3 days stay. My parents was really happy.
I had booked a family suite which was spacious enough having two interconnected rooms..
View from top was just fab. Just book without any hesitation.. Breakfast and dinner was also tasty. Go for it.

The staff was really friendly, especially Rakesh ji , he would proactively help us with the trip planning and always welcome us with a cute smile.
Toiletries could have been more but at the offered price its understandable.

The location was very good, the view from the terrace is alright too. Rooms were well maintained and bathrooms were clean and in good condition.
On the third day of our stay there was no water available for some time.
