Excellent location, friendly staff. Cabins are beautiful. I appreciated the flexibility of the venue providing us with an extra spot to park our other vehicle. Will book here again if I ever find myself near Ballina again!

Having the toilet in a separate room may be of benefit, as whilst my friends were showering we weren't going to go in due to privacy. This isn't a big deal just an opinion.

location was wonderful, cabin was very well appointed and very clean and well stocked with essentials

the weather, all very good but a small kitchen table and two chairs would be great during rain and wind periods when the bbq front deck was unusable

We liked the location close to walkway and beach.

The configuration of the cabin and the limited space. In hindsight a bigger unit would have made a stay a little more comfortable. Missing links to footpaths and just grass to park car on.

They thought of everything when designing this cabin. Luxury, spacious, impeccable design, and the latest in modern furnishings.

The location is the winner at this place! Literally right on the water. We had a Premium Cabin and it was excellent. Awesome deck with BBQ and fridge to cook and enjoy the water views. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Fully air conditioned and both bedrooms had tvs which is great for families. Close to the pub and a few good take away places. The beach is calm and has a good amount of shade under the trees. We even saw dolphins!

The park itself is underwhelming and definitely in need of an upgrade. The “playground” is just a few swings and the surface is cracked and hard as a rock from the sun. If a child was to fall over they would definitely hurt themselves. But there is plenty of beach to play on so not a big deal. It was definitely pricey but we did travel in peak season so it’s understandable.

Good bed. Location.

Small room. Receptionist very slow and wouldn’t allow me to go to the room until I completed all the paperwork, which could have been later. She wasn’t good for business!! There was a bright light outside our room which stayed on all night. It needed a partial cover to stop all the glare but provide safe passage. A 240 v extension lead on unit 6 wa supported at height by a steel spike. A very dangerous situation would eventually develop as the lead wore through then coming into contact with the metal. Receptionist advised of this Sorry! Overall it was OK.
