O apartamento é grande e a localização é muito boa. Perto de restaurantes, mini-mercado e da praia.
Tem elevador e garagem.
A piscina e areas comuns estavam limpas.
Relação qualidade/preço inegável.
Os apartamentos começam a notar a idade e alguma falta de cuidado.
Mobilia e equipamentos com muito uso (sofás com desgaste, eletrodomésticos amarelados).
Falta de equipamentos na cozinha (não tinha chaleira eletrica nem torradeira), nem uma esponja ou sabao da loiça (não se exigia sabão para as máquinas, mas era o minimo uma esponja e sabão para se poder lavar um copo).

Size of the apartment and location close to the beach.
We have two babies, and we had to pay extra 10€ per cot, per day. An absurdity.
Also, the bed mattresses we uncomfortable.

The staff is very helpful. I had a couple of needs due to work and a flight cancelation and they helped straight away.

The mattress needs to be replaced and a few other small things like the sun hat.

We were not informed about how to turn on the boiler so rather than risk anything we had healthy cold showers

Spacious and clean apartment, fairly well equipped kitchen (microwave oven, oven, washing machine), comfortable bed, plenty free parking available, wifi worked well. As described on Booking.com.
No real complaints. Would have appreciated a toaster and an electric kettle but with an oven and stove managed without no problem.

not clean &very old furniture - pillows very old + mid size bed while we were 2 and supposed to have a double bed.

The reception staff was exceptional and very thoughtful letting me know when the flat was ready.
The internet connection was very poor. We all struggled and barely managed to use it.

Amazing place to stay. One minute walking from the pools. Clean, cozy, modern ans with comfortable beds.

The staff was very nice. They let us check in 6 hours earlier. The flat is big and close to the beach.
The gym and spa are closed from last year but on their website shows it is still open. We were really disappointed. The bed was extremly uncomfortable, i could not sleep. The kitchenware was very poor, you have to buy everything even the salt.
