Greeted with respect, was made to feel very welcome. Soon as we walked in.
Brand new beds and linen!
Not really a dislike but the property was dated. The room had brand new comfortable beds. But the bathroom was very dated. And you could not have a shower standing up as the wall angled above the bath. Even sitting down you kinked your neck.
For the price I do think it was reasonable. And for somewhere to sleep and wash it was more than you needed.
I would highly recommend that in the bathroom you have floor mats to soak up water from the leak from shower.
As said beds were brand new with very clean linen, and brand new pillows.
We was happy with the stay and the guy at the desk very helpful.

Nothing. Asian management, asian staff, Bath rooms very dirty, tv not work I had ask them for fix it 2 pm,and I comeback on rooms 7 pm and they don't do anything. Later I had talked with a manager and he told me if I don't like de situations he give me a refund and I need to go away that was around 9 pm.On the next morning I had live the property and I didn't find any accommodation on the city and I come back to London. Very bad experience.

The only thing that we liked was the breakfast.
The room was extremely small. No net curtain and overlooked. Door plate on door not fixed properly. Some skirting missing. Plug socket arcing when plugged straighteners in. Shower curtain stained. Duvet cover stained. Long dark hair on bed and in shower. Shower tray would not empty properly so kept filling up. Toilet seat moved. Shower thermostat broken. Extractor fan flap permanently closed. Only 3 milk left on tea tray. Man on reception extremely rude and unprofessional.

We liked the swimming pool, the staff were friendly
and the cooked breakfast was very nice.
The room itself served its purpose but could have
done with a mirror in the room and not just in the
bathroom.
Bed was very very squeaky and pillows were very
hard so found the sleeping quite uncomfortable.
we expected some noise from others as it was a
Saturday night however the door banging was a bit
excessive from the other rooms. They need to
invest in some of those hydraulic closes for the
doors. our room did have one though.

Stayed at Hotel Victoria every year for seven years before COVID. Always been friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Love the pool so much. Close to attractions. Variety of rooms.
Room four, very nice but bathroom too small. Would have struggled if staying longer.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price we paid I cannot fault the place. No, it isn't the Ritz but we aren't paying premium prices either. Jolly marvellous was the consensus from our party.
No complaints. The bar did close at 11pm buyt then the casino is just next door and there are many other options for nghtflife.
