The quality of the food was fantastic and there were plenty of options to choose from throughout the day. We were amazed that everything was included (ultra all-inclusive)! The service was great and we were also extremely happy with our room! Also the view and the sunsets :)

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional and we are really grateful! It was the perfect holiday for relaxing and unwinding and we are already considering going back, or trying one of their resorts on another island!

Everything perfect, especially the service from staff, will recommend and go back without question.

Minor things like stream in shower a bit weak, also food is not great in the main dining room, but there are excellent restaurants which you need to book ahead two weeks prior to your stay.

Staff are all hospitable and pleasant, some need more training to live up to its 5 star rating (meaning less attempts at humour and more natural social engagement)

I stayed for 10 days, and have written this review 7 days after to reflect; Some of the staff members would be a little to hands on for our liking with our 18 month old daughter, example, sitting at a table encouraging your child to eat, only to be interrupted and one time have our childs hands held to do a little dance, one staff member even tried to hold her whilst we were walking to a table in the main restaurant, these are not things you expect in a 5 star resort, verbal engagement, a wave or so would be appropriate but at times we felt we had to bite our tongues and steer the engagement elsewhere. At times you can also be missed when wanting to place an order at a booked table, we had this in the pan asian restaurant for example, great intro, really nice waiter, but it appeared he forgot about us and we ended up leaving without dessert. I also remember ordering a bloody mary and getting tomato juice with herbs and vodka, no traditional recipe as I would expect for a 5 star resort. You cannot get a mojito at the theatre bar or anywhere other than the main bar, cocktails are extremely limited beyond the main bar and don't give you that feeling of quality. On another occasion, the Italian Brunch, Steak restaurant all need work On one, served eggs benedict with a slice of bread, no muffin The steak restaurant served the worst steak I have ever had to date, it appeared tough (ribeye medium) and very tasteless, I cannot understand how it got that bad, perhaps old meat, not rested well enough or cooked poorly, the fillet tasted exactly the same, really strange and disappointing. I also think the waiting staff just need a little more finesse, engagement at a professional level. Onto the room We booked a Superior Sea View which was amazing, however the soundproofing was absolutely awful, we could hear everything the neighbours were saying and unfortunately doing ... I cannot recall any other 5 star hotel where I could hear next door, this was disappointing.

The hotel is simply beautiful. open your doors in the morning to a lovely seating area and a private swim up pool. AMAZING!!!

Its is not close to anything... you just have to enjoy the resort.

The hotel is recently renovated/rebuilt, rooms are very nice; nice quality overall. Also, some staff is useful/nice. Notes for the hotel staff: - please send my sincere thanks to Maryana from guest relations for being the only one actually taking into consideration my complaint (3rd one, the previous ones at the reception got lost); still, while there were no more tourists passing by the terrace after the sign was put in place, the staff still used the 'shortcut' though. - also best wishes to Nikos from beach bar, you should have more people like him.

- Private terrace/pool: while the apartment was ok, its private terrace was used by tourists and staff as a shortcut. Some tourists were confused by the alley and lack of signs, others were just rude and offensive; but I didn't expect that hotel staff would use the "private" terrace as a shortcut, some even without apologizing! Just imagine relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and somebody passing by every 10-15 min; not private at all!! Especially when paying 2.5k EUR/night. - Restaurants: some restaurant staff were simply ignoring the very basics of hygiene: by far, the champion is the gyros guy, which used bare hands to put ingredients in Greek 'pita', including fries. One of the 'crepe' ladies was not wearing gloves while handling crepes/waffles, but still, far away from the gyros "champion". - Price: very pricey compared to any other place I've been (including exotic places etc) - Staff: although smiling in general, this year they were really bored and kind of living in a parallel universe; most of them just reminded me the call-center people saying "yes, yes, sure". But at least they smiled. - Evening fun: while not expecting much from the shows, if you're unlucky and have a "villa" close to the bar, expect a unpleasant noise until 23:00-23:15 Notes for the hotel staff: - the gyros guy in the main restaurant was really disgusting; I really did not expect something like this in a 5* hotel! - BBQ corner: I'm not sure what the (unshaved) guy was doing all the time, he seemed so busy, but doing nothing - while the owners seem to invest big money in the hotel, it is a shame they ignored the tennis court to fix the fence: you know very well that nobody uses the court 1, since it's impossible to play there (3m high mesh, good luck playing)

It was a very well designed hotel with lots of restaurant options. Our room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults. Entertainment team was super friendly and fun. It was the highlight of our vacation.

The beach wasn’t clean at all. There were cigarette buts everywhere and some rocks near the shore were covered with plastic garbage. It was very upsetting to see that the hotel didn’t care about cleaning it up. Not all staff were friendly. In the hotel lobby bar i was treated poorly couple of times and even made fun of for waving my hand to get attention of a waiter. They were slow to take orders, make orders and deliver the orders. Cleaning people came into our room without knocking and I was changing my clothes in one of those times. Overall it felt like the staff didn’t take the customers seriously.

- Food is definitely not for 5 stars hotel in all restaurants. Pretty much same food everyday in the main restaurant. -the main restaurant has not been renovated -There is no iron in the rooms,so you need to ask every time you need (which is everyday) and then give it back. For 5 stars hotel I expect an iron in the room. -Workers at the pool bar, creps and beach bar are working so slowly. It’s like they're moving so slowly on purpose. Long waiting for drinks. -Room could be better cleaned. -Mini club for kids, among the bad ones I've seen
