This place is a beautiful haven! The rooms are amazing and perfect for a traveller who likes pleasant surroundings.
I liked everything. It would be nice if they provided breakfast as an added bonus

The Palms Resort was just what we were looking for! The rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. They had everything you need for a wonderful stay. We had 2 rooms between the family of 4. The ladies at reception were very obliging and made sure the rooms were close to each other. One of the rooms had a problem with the A/C and we were immediately moved to a different room - still close by. The pool and pool deck were perfect! very clean and plenty of loungers.

The apartment was very clean and very homely. The staff were patient, attentive, helpful and smiled.
The Swimming pool was not in service.

great location for hometown. 15 m inure walk to town centre. room was great, clean and well maintained.
The gardener with the leaf blower at 8.30am!! what a noise but it proves the garden is being looked after properly!!

Beautifully maintained, despite the refurbishment being over a year ago, the standard of the rooms was as though it took place last week. Staff were superb!

Nice and quiet, spacious apartment
Bit of a walk for us, only cos my husband has a bad knee. If you like walking it's about 15 mins to supermarket, cafe and beach. We took taxis to get us around.

The pool and the room so cosy n nice...also the view ...the area is quiet n peaceful plus i wanted that relaxation n to b at peace for my birthday
That i could not invite my friends to spend my birthday with me and i cud not play music not that i wanted it loud but i was told i cant play music but thats a minor issue i still enjoyed my stay with my hubby

The pool was good, very warm but a bit chlorine heavy.
The sounds of the birds and the serenity of the environment was good as well, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. Made the trip feel very relaxing.
The WiFi doesn't get into the rooms of the stay and that should be mandatory once WiFi is advertised. It was also slow.
The rooms need renovating. The bathroom door frames were eroding and the place wasn't the cleanest. Wings of flying ants were all over.
The A/C was also unresponsive, and set the temperature it felt like setting.
