El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Está al final de la playa da Rocha, que es una zona tranquila. La cama es comodísima.
La plaza de parking es diminuta y solo cabe un coche muy muy pequeño. Tuvimos que aparcar en la calle y muchas veces no había sitio cerca.

Ryan was helpful and very responsive. The flat was perfectly equipped with everything you need, and a stunning view to top it off. Great location - we felt very safe and were near many shops and restaurants.
Nothing really to complain about. The wifi struggled to connect on day 1 but Ryan quickly sent someone over to assist who resolved the issue.

Nice location with great views and trackable sunrays. Facilities were of high standard with everything you required and more.TV WiFi etc was as good as it gets and it would be difficult to criticize any aspect. The start of the shopping and cafes are 10 mins walk. This is a "will return" property

Beautiful views with various window/balcony options. Clean modern decor. Lift available if one isn’t keen on stairs. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Excellent wifi and Bluetooth speaker. Shops and restaurants close by; beach on the doorstep.

The property was clean and modern, with all you could need. It was close by the beach and all the restaurants and shops you could need. The view was absolutely gorgeous looking out over not only the the harbour and the mountains but also the other balcony from the kitchen viewed the ocean and the beach. Such a gorgeous place to stay!

The two balcony views are very beautiful. The parking situation was comfortable because there were many free parking places directly in front of the apartment. We stay there in December. For our little son the baby coat was comfortable and he slept very well. The flat had enough space for us. The kitchen is well equipped with every we needed for cooking. For heating we used the well working air condition.
One socket was not in really good condition and it is dangerous for a little kid. We moved the couch in front the socket, so it was hidden and we had no problem. The private parking place is very very small, but we didn’t need it. These points are only remarks and we enjoyed our holiday very much.

Have had a wonderful stay at ryan’s flat. We’ve stayed in portimao many times before and knew the location would be great but didn’t expect the views to be as amazing as they are. Very good value for money.
