Location , garden, spaciousness of the apartment, cleanliness of the unit, quietness of the location, and of course the price
Stayed for 3 nights. Wifi failed only on the last night..but returned when I woke up the following morning

Nice spacious apartment close to Chiemsee. Nice communication and alignment with the owner upfront arrival. Very quite place and a nice view as well. Towels and all necessary kitchenware was available.
