Un magnifique, ensoleillé 3 + lit / 4 salles de bain maison avec un plan d'étage ouvert, plafond cathédrale et puits de lumière. Ce magnifique Cape contemporain avec plus de 2200 pieds carrés de surface habitable offre beaucoup d'espace pour les grands rassemblements familiaux et les amis divertissants! Nous avons récemment acheté cette maison et il a été récemment mis à jour et meublé avec de nouveaux meubles, lits, matelas, et bien plus encore.
Cette propriété est située au début de New Seabury, l'une des communautés de villégiature les plus désirés de Cape Cod avec de belles plages de sable blanc et aussi des sentiers pédestres et des pistes cyclables. Nous sommes juste un court trajet en vélo (1 mile) de la belle plage Popponesset Spit! Le charmant Popponesset Marketplace est également à une courte distance (1. 3 mile). Le marché est un lieu de rencontre très populaire pour les familles où vous trouverez des restaurants, pizzeria, pâtisserie, glacier, location de vélos, des spectacles le week-end, des boutiques de cadeaux et un mini-golf. La rampe de bateau Ockway Bay est également juste au coin de la rue Great Neck.

Le sous-sol fini a deux espaces de vie, salle de jeux et une chambre supplémentaire. La grande salle de jeux dispose d'une télévision connectée de 50 pouces, d'une table de billard et de jeux. Une super salle de jeux et de jeux pour toute la famille! La chambre a 2 lits jumeaux.

We have been vacationing at Mashpee, specifically Popponesset and Seabury for about 15 years to provide the next generation with the experiences as children we had growing up.
Kara and Johns home was a new venture for us.
From the minute we walked into the door.
of their home, we all knew that the home would give us exactly what we wanted as a family on vacation.
Room for all of us to be together or find a private place to be alone. Deck amenities to gather as a family for dinners and sit outside until wee hours to reconnect with cousins who still live there.
The teenagers huddling together in the game room sitting and talking with each other while playing games, taking breaks to play family games, complete puzzles and relax in the spacious living areas of the home.
The local neighbors were very friendly, and welcomed us.
The house was amazing, and accomodated my family completely while we made more memories to fill our hearts..
We usually hit the ground running and we did all that and could rest our heads in comfort.
Kara and Johns home was a wonderful place and Kara was very resposive with a few questions I had. They provided a booklet for renters to understand the workings of the house, bathrooms on every floor, a laundry area if you needed it.
Thank you Kara and John for allowing us the pleasure of vacationing in your lovely cape home.

We enjoyed our stay here! With bedrooms on all three floors, we had plenty of room to spread out. The dryer had issues, but the owner planned to send someone out to fix it. Otherwise, our visit was perfect.

We enjoyed a week in Nee Seabury. House was very nice - big open space downstairs, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, finished basement with pool and foosball tables. One mile bike ride to nice sandy beach. Nice dinner at Popponesset Inn. Highly recommend

The property was very neat. It was easy to get to by way of CT, PA & OH. Although the weather could have been much better -- we managed to have a good time. We ran out of propane on Thurs. eve. so we spent more more on dinner for 11 people. We were disappointed with the location of the beach. We are use to parking across from a beach so we have easy access, whether it is private or public. My husband has Parkinson so it was out of the question that he go to any of the beaches. Not sure when we will be back with the whole family. Perhaps it will be when our youngest grandson graduates from high school. Thanks a lot for the use of your home.

This place was the perfect location for several families to stay together during a wedding at the Popponesset Inn. The proximity to the venue was very convenient and there was ample space for 4 couples to sleep. The house was clean, check-in was easy and Kara was very responsive. The living room and back porch were lovely places for all to gather, and we had everything we needed. We had a great weekend!

This property was perfect for our family of 10, everyone had their own space and accommodations were perfect. Sheets and towels included was a lifesaver. Owners were so helpful, we were nervous of hurricane and they got flashlights , so thoughtful. We cannot say enough about the property!

we had a wonderful family vacation. There were a few issues with the A/C but they were quickly fixed. We loved the fact that the house had a finished basement for the kids and a separate den from the living room. A beautiful deck and yard for outdoor fun. Easy access to South Cape Beach but we were unable to access the Spit due to restrictions.

We enjoyed going to the beach nearby, and the neighborhood was beautiful, however the streets weren’t conducive to taking walks or bike rides with young kids given the lack of sidewalks.

Great family retreat
We stayed with our 3 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 3,2,1 and 2 mos. the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Plenty of amenities and the area provided plenty to do. All in all pretty close to perfect.

Girls Getaway!
My friends and I came here for a girls weekend during the height of COVID restrictions. The house was spotless, had plenty of extra towels for the beach for us to use (even though we brought our own) and a full beautiful kitchen. We cooked all our meals in the house and spent the mornings sipping our coffee out on the deck. The walk to the beach was short and it’s a private resident beach so not many people were there as you can only bike or walk there (there is NO car parking or pick up/drop off). Kara was quick to respond when I had questions about the property. 10/10 recommendation and we already plan on booking again for next year!!

Loved this house and the location. Kara was amazing to work with and was extremely responsive. The proximity to the beach was awesome and the bikes in the garage were key. Would definitely recommend this house for large families (extremely spacious and comfortable). Thanks again Kara!

Great home and location for Popponesset wedding!
This home was just what we were looking for! Open floor plan for entertaining family and friends as well as large outdoor living space to enjoy! Bedrooms spacious! The home was very clean and we appreciated the owner providing bikes, grill, fire pit etc!
Communication with owner was easy and response time to questions was prompt!

The house is large, clean and includes pamphlets and directions to the attractions in the area.
We had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable visit. The house was clean, well stocked and had lots of extras. We enjoyed the games and books that are for all age groups( there is something for everyone) our seven year old grandson cried when we left because he loved it there and didn't want to leave. He even left a thank you note thanking the owners for allowing us to stay. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Perfect Vacation House
The pics don't fully convey how much space you get. Everything is very well kept, and so clean. Felt completely comfortable right away.

Great house for kids and adults!
This house was perfect for our family get together! We had 3 teenagers and 4 adults and had more than enough room for sleeping and hanging out. We picked this place mainly for the playroom in the basement and did not regret it! It rained the first day we were there and the basement was perfect for everyone to stay occupied and off their phones.
We headed to the small beach the next day which is a mile walk from the house and enjoyed swimming - the water is really warm! (There aren’t sidewalks on this walk, so if you have smaller kids you may want to scout it out first to make sure you feel safe)
The bedrooms were quiet (and have air conditioners!) and the beds were comfy. The extra beds in the basement aren’t the ideal place to sleep, if you close the door to that room it gets pretty warm, but work in a pinch.
The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill outside is easy to use.
We would definitely come back to this house, it’s spacious and very relaxing!

Outstanding!
The house and property were perfect for my family (7 adults, 3 kids)! They had a great time there, and everything was exactly how it looks in the pictures. My family kept saying how great the house was (and how much better it was compared to other properties in the area). Perfect location for our wedding at the Popponesset Inn.
Also, the owner was beyond fantastic with communication. She got back to us very quickly, was easy to check-in/check-out! She was super nice too.
Highly recommend this place! Will definitely stay here next time we’re on the cape.

Great week in Mashpee!

Amazing Getaway!
We loved our stay!! The house is big, spacious, and clean. We definitely appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, too. But the best part of the house, in my opinion, is the back porch but the game room in the basement was also cool. The beach is just a mile away and it is also very close to the local attractions - 5 minutes from the Popponesset Marketplace for good food, shopping, and even night life, and just 7 minutes to get to the Mashpee Commons. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for our Son's wedding at the near by Popponesset Inn, the facilities were wonderful and the house was so comfortable and well equipped.The games room and the spacious deck area were well used! I messaged Kara a few times and she came back with a reply very quickly. We could not fault this house and would most definitely use it again if the chance came along.
