We really enjoyed our stay at the villa for the price we paid last minute booking. Circa 50% off a normal sept booking but at full price this would have been our normal budget range. Garden and pool and location amazing. Very private and a haven and well maintain. Really made the holiday Space in the master bedroom and the lounge. Good size kitchen. Plenty of seating and loungers outside

Internally property is very tired and needs money spending it. Understand people can be hard on a property but some level of investment is required When we arrived the sofa was filthy and stained. We did get a message later from the owner saying the stains were from previous guests and had not had time to steam clean. These were not new stains and we took throw off one of the beds to cover it up which they could have done and we also washed the loose cushions as the smell of damp was unacceptable. A cover would be a least to expect. In the master bedroom there was only one pillow per person and these pillow were old and lumpy. We ended up buying four new pillows so we could have a comfortable nights sleep. There we one lamps in the lounge and this was just a bare bulb Main bathroom shower curtain was mouldy the wooden stand in the shower was full of scum on the bottom and an old razor was left on top of the shower. In the garden there was only one parasol. (A lot missing from the photos on the site) This did not fit into the bases and every time the wind blew it took off and was dangerous. Mention this to owner and she was going to get caretaker to deliver some new ones. These never appeared. The cushions for the outdoor sofa were black with mould.

The size of the pool,gardens, kitchen and bathrooms ,everything was nice and clean and very quiet area to rest and nice for families.

Just a little detail, the beds were not so comfortable. Other then that everything was perfect.
